Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven and microwave, hob.

Convertible sofa 160/190, a 90/190 bed and a Clic Clac 107/193 armchair
10 minutes walk from the beach.
Close to amenities (bakery, food, bus).
