This is an excellent small hotel based in Juan-Les-Pins. It is walking distance from the station and the centre of Juan-Les-Pins. We also walked back from Antibes and this was a pleasant walk. The hotel is well presented and has a quiet peaceful feel to it. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Whilst the pool area is quite small it wasn’t too busy even though it was August and it was a great place to relax. If I was in this area again I would happily stay here.

Second time staying here, and again it was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, and overall very relaxing. Room was immaculate. Very peaceful - except when the jazz festival is in full flow..! Handy secure parking at the end of the street for a modest fee. Good breakfast. Recommended.

This was a return holiday as we have now used this hotel 4 times. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and the place has a very relaxing atmosphere. The outside breakfast is fantastic under the vine trees and drinks by the pool was a great way to soak up some sun and catch up with family. Our rooms were very well appointed and we had no issues during our stay. We hope to be returning to this hotel soon!

Lush oasis escape from the town

The hotel was a beautiful oasis. The property was surrounded by lush gardens and fountains that created a peaceful escape from the town. The room was spacious, clean and styled in provincial French aesthetic. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re after a relaxing escape.

Do not go there.

Honestly it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Everything from the service during check-in to the room we received was simply not okay. It was dirty and not cleaned properly. We left right away because we did not want to spend time at the hotel. We had bought the breakfast but it was so poor with cold eggs, terrible coffee and no proper fruit options. I am normally not one to complain and I was so excited to end my trip in France at this hotel - but it was such a terrible experience and I would hope to get a refund for this experience.

A beautiful small hotel in a quiet side street but close to shop, bars, the beach and restaurants. It has a lovely garden where you can have breakfast and a small swimming pool to cool off in after a day out. Antibes town is a 30 minute walk and is worth a visit. We loved everything about this hotel and cannot recommend it enough.

Beautiful venue, disappointing breakfast

It is a beautiful setting, great garden area where breakfast is served. Room was a good size, comfortable bed, quiet. Pool was pretty, just about enough beds around it. Breakfast itself was a bit disappointing given the price of the hotel, basic. I asked for a couple of additional teabags for the room as I didn’t like the type that were already there. That was fine but I was informed that if I asked for any more additional teabags, I would be charged!! Very disappointing. Other than the guy who wanted to charge for the teabags, all the other staff were excellent. Very helpful reception staff.
