Went with my husband and 3 children aged 9, 5 and 1 during the New Year period. Had a wonderful time. Hotel was splendid but some sections were closed due to it not being peak holiday season and it not being warm enough. Hotel was really special and always clean. We stayed in a family room and it was great. Plenty of space to spread out. Only disappointment was the food because it was repetitive and more choice should have been provided. I would definitely return there again because of the class of the hotel but please add more variety to the food.
The titanic hotel was disappointing in some areas mainly the food .. it was repetitive but worse than that is that every meal was so salty it was almost inedible, I like salty food but this was so salty I couldn’t eat it in the end.. everything was over salted I don’t know the reason it’s easy to add salt to your own taste but impossible to remove it. And I wonder what about people with Heath problems that shouldn’t eat salt!!! The menu was the same every day only you could choose a different counter to change your choice of salty children salty burgers or salty fish or salty stew or salty veg . Or very salty potatoes or salty rice !!! What is the chef trying to hide in the salt? Very little choice of fruit not like other hotels nothing prepared no melon or strawberries or grapes no kiwi no tinned fruit no jelly in fact nothing that I wanted only apple orange or pear or pomegranate nothing else . Lots of cakes but I didn’t want that I wanted melon or tinned fruit or jelly or ice cream or grapes .. drinks are fine .. the lounge area in in a lobby and is so called lobby lounge not great , the entertainment is placed in a corner where you can’t see it . The hotel is full of sportsman and the restaurant is separated and the best room in the kept for the sportsman who dominate the hotel and hustle and bustle and bump into us there are so many of them. There is no garden furniture outside as of yet so nowhere to sit unless you go to the beach or stay inside the hotel.. the staff are overworked and not enough of them. This hotel could be good with some changes especially in the food areas . It’s not as good as my previous holidays at all . The weather has been amazing the room kept clean no air conditioning turned on yet so we had to keep our bedroom windows open all night we were so hot even though it was cold outside.
Just back from 1 weeks holiday at The Titanic Hotel from start to finish was just amazing.went with my husband and 15 year old son. check in was plesant shown too our room after a tired day of travelling wee showered and got changed for dinner. the rooms were clean smelled fresh . plenty of space, the restaurant was big different dining areas whic was cosy even having its own kids restaurant. waiter served you your drinks at the table quickly. A vast variety of food tochoose from. and if you wanted you could upgrade at extra cost too one of its a la carte restauant. 3 too choose from,we were happy enough at the main restaurant. There was entertainment at the main foyer bar which was ok. or you could go downstairs to the games roo where there was a 4 lane bowling alley billiard table which were it top condition or just sit and join karioke eand have a few drinks.we did like the bowling and staff there wee so friendly.Although its winter entertainment team Samat Mario and Harry were fabulos. In the afternoon the Patesseri open ed seving a choice of hot beverages cakes biscuits salad rolls. so fresh and a lovely clean area to sit and enjoy. it had an outdoor heated poll which was plesantly warm even when raining. in ador heated poll also warm the hotel provide bath robes slippers and towels free of charge. Guest relations Leane, Hulyg and Sezcan were so hepful my son is such a fussy eater they arranged for Head Chef Ramazan to make him something he liked (chicken strips)just like KFC.nothing was a bother. cant wait to go back to this Hotel great value for money and staff made it even more plesant.
Titanic Hotel. Without a doubt an amazing hotel. Staff polite and helpful. Food tasty and lots of choices at every meal time. Spotlessly clean throughout. A beautiful hotel and the staff were outstanding. I would come back again and would recommend you try the hotel. You will not be disappointed. The inly thing that let me down was the fact that I unfortunately left 4 dresses behind. Mt partner called the hotel to say we would happily pay all packing and postage cost for the return of my items. The answer was no. For me this has been the only bad thing to say about the hotel. Please update your policy to help guests who leave items behind, especially if they are prepared to pay all costs. Very unhappy about this, but yes I would still return to Titanic Hotel
This is our second visit to the Titanic in recent years and it never disappoints. Firstly the staff are very polite and welcoming. The rooms are excellent irrespective of where they put you. 90% of the rooms have either a pool view sea view or both. The food is exceptional the rooms are clean and spacious and a maid service comes every day. Your fridge is also restocked daily. I’ve read there are a number of dissatisfied visitors with regards to the AI menu. I’m not really sure why. There are approx 30-40 different dishes on offer plus a patisserie and a midnight snack bar. It’s true that out of season only the main restaurant is open and the patisserie but in summer I would assume the pizza bar at the sea is also open. The food on offer is really very good we like to try all different dishes whilst away not just the English bit of steak or chicken and chips. There is a Chinese section Italian Turkish soups desserts and fish there’s an a la carte for a small cost if you so choose if you attempt to eat the menu in 2 days then yes it’s repetitive if however you try different things on different days then alas it isn’t. breakfast is breakfast however way you look at it!!! Cereals croissants eggs beans toast and all the continental breakfast styles you could wish for. There is a heated outdoor and indoor pool and the main pools plus the sea if you’re brave enough at this time of year (Jan). I’m writing this review as I’m sat on the terrace of the titanic drinking a beer and overlooking the outdoor heated swimming pool in 18 Celsius heat. If you get a good deal then it’s worth every penny.
Large, busy impersonal hotel. Reception staff very pleasant, same could not be said for some of the staff in the bar and restaurant however. Rooms were comfortable although could do with some updating, bed quality was excellent. Food served in restaurant was acceptable but nothing to special. Disappointed to find sparkling wine wasn't served in the restaurant unless you wanted to pay extra, although available for no charge in the bar....seemed very strange! Restaurant definitely needs updating, chairs in some areas very low and uncomfortable. All in all we found the hotel to be very average and would not rush back. Lot better similar hotels close by.
we stayed at Titanic over Christmas and new year period. we came with fairly high expectations for the money we paid. however i think its safe to say the hotel is quite average. rooms: quite nice and spacious. housekeeping is one of the best department at this hotel. room service is quite good too. bars: are not bad. bar staff are good but most nights they didn't have enough waiter around to take orders. restaurant: this is the weakest section of this hotel. the food was quite repeat and when i say repeat i mean lunch and dinner everyday was the same. same kofte, same chicken, same fish every day. the meze section was horrible. same mezes was going to fridge and coming back. you could see they were changing colours. if you eat any you would be guaranteed to spend rest of your holiday at loo. :) i spoke to head chef about the food and he said they were on a tight budget. :) indoor-outdoor heated pools: the heated out door pool was the main reason we choose this hotel. they weren't clean all the time. people were getting into pools with their clothes on and most of the time staff was helpless and couldn't do anything. spa: amazing service, best massage and very helpful and friendly people. animation/activities: pretty much no daytime activities. quite average evening shows. mini club: very good. Harry was very helpful. disco: barmen was excellent. dj and the music was good. however there were a lot of men putting their wives into bed and coming to disco alone and coming to disturb ladies. we were disgusted. so the hotel was ok but dont have high expectations. we will not be returning.
We , my husband and I spent four nights at this hotel . The room is very beautiful and decorated very nice, there is good toiletries but there is no shaving kit , no toothpaste or brushes,no body lotion. The food is very good as usual in hotels in Antalya. But I felt that there wasn’t enough waiters during the meals. Very rarely the waiters come to you to ask if you need anything. The spa is very good which Included wonderful fittness room. Turkish Hamam Indoor pool which was hot The outside pool was hot,
I was there with my wife and kids last summer. I really enjoyed the turkish cuisine and the architecture of the hotel. It is close to the sea and the pool is beautfiul as well. A lot of oppurtunities for the kids to play under supervision while the parents can relax in one of the fantastic Saunas for example. Later the family can relax together while enjoying a meal from the great buffet. Recommend it for families and for couples.
Loved this place, great facilities, friendly staff, overall great experience and would definitely recommend. We paid a bit more than what is being advertised now but I guess thats what happens when you go peak season!
