This hotel is really clean and wonderful. It is useful for families and kids. It has lots of opportunities at night. ıt is really fun.Especially; ıf you have children, you should choose here. And also nature is perfect!!
Check in went quickly and smoothly and we were upgraded to a sea view room as it was our anniversary. The room was lovely and had everything we needed inc towelling robes slippers hairdryer toiletries and mini bar stocked daily. We found the food to be lovely always had a great choice of chicken lamb turkey etc one of our favourites was the chicken with rice and sweet chilli sauce. Breakfast was a wide variety of foods inc cheeses fruits cereals yoghurts and pastries. We had lunch at the Stella Bar near to the beach where you ordered from a menu with waiter service dishes inc spit roast chicken hamburgers and cheeseburgers pasta doner kebabs fresh made pizzas etc. On 3 days we hired a Cabana by the main ocean pool this was well worth the money and drinking champagne was fabulous. A big shout out to Ramazan he is a credit to the hotel lovely guy and extremely helpful. We didn't really have much to do with the animation team but found Mario to be really friendly funny and chatty. The hotel was extremely clean and tidy and the staff from the cleaners maintenance guys lifeguards waiters etc were all very polite and helpful. The Armonia Bar was a nice place to visit after a day in the sun before getting ready for the evening. 2 of the waitresses in there Darya and Hatice were very friendly and polite. We booked onto a speedboat trip through Denis at Shadow Watersports near the beach bar. What a fantastic trip €35 per person only out for approx 1.5hrs but was well worth the money the trip was up to the waterfalls and caves at Antalya highly recommend it. On our journey back to the airport we called to pick up at 4 other hotels and in our opinion the Titanic was by far the best choice. Would we return - definately would but like to try different areas and hotels. Would highly recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.
We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in July, beautiful hotel inside and out, it was spotless! Check in:- went smoothly, we were upgraded as it was our first visit... have to say this was a nice touch. Rooms:- lovely, cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Mini bar topped up daily... we were happy! Pools:- were spotless, staff work hard maintaining, removing finished drinks etc. Highly recommend hiring a cabana by the main pool, waiter service for food and drink. These get cheaper if you book more than 1 day. Lying by the shutes can becoming very annoying, the life guards LIKE using their whistles (all day). Do not leave your lilo's or children's bucket and spades unattended I don't know how many times we returned to find other kids had taken them which their parents were aware of and thought this was acceptable (not British kids might I add). Hotel shop:- so expensive! €5 for a box of pringles, €20 for a lilo. Word of advice go to any of the shops outside the hotel and you can buy these for a fraction of the price. Food:- very repetitive in my opinion, I'd had enough by day 3. Thank god for chips or our daughter would've starved. Beach bar food was great, freshly cooked, however, not the biggest of menu choices. 3 al a carte restaurants to choose from, we only tried the Italian and it was brilliant, 5 courses for €15 per person, wish we had tried the other 2. Went to BBQ, very expensive and it's the exact same food as you get every evening, only difference is it's served to you.... what a disappointment. Entertainment:- hit or a miss, not all entertainment is in English. White party night was great, full blown rave. We hired private seats at the front for €70 bottle of absolute vodka, mixers, crisps and nuts. Hotel spa:- we both booked a Turkish peel with a massage, thoroughly enjoyed this! You can haggle on the price. Indoor bar:- lovely barman Bacrran (I think) great with the kids, happy to serve you and chat. Staff:- the ones that do smile should maybe give the others a lesson, some people clearly don't like doing their job! All in all great holiday and we met some fantastic people! Would we return, probably not and that's only because we normally go self catering. If you like AI this is probably a great choice, albeit repetitive staying 2 weeks.
Clean hotel Food never changes Cleaners in room just make beds Staff over worked underpaid Rude guests...Turkish, Russian etc. Would of loved this hotel out of season. Was not worth THE MONEY. Good luck if you come here
We arrived at 1am. Shown to our room. Minibar (water) unstocked but the bellboy sorted this out promptly. Room cramped with double sofa pulled out for our 10 year old but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room over the 2 weeks apart from later at night when retiring to bed. Channels on TV orientated to non English speaking guests only. We explored the hotel the next day. Beautiful pools and facilities. Olympic pool best place to get a mix of space, relaxation and access to sun beds. Hotel spotlessly clean which I was really impressed by. We hired a cabana by the pool for a day which we enjoyed (£60). Some people were hiring them daily but once a week was enough for us. Night entertainment variable in quality. Comedy night lost in translation and unfunny unless you are 5 years old but the dance shows from travelling companies were fantastic. Bingo nights seemed completely ridiculous and suspect a money making opportunity for the hotel. Not what I go on holiday abroad for! Equally, on White Night, certain tables near the stage set aside at a cost of 75 Euros- not a nice thing to see and they remained untaken all night. Cocktails at the bar not great and often not made from scratch (out of pre-made bottles). Bar tenders seemed lacking in interest and experience. Not what I was expecting at a 5 star hotel. The eating experience, at Titanic, for us was probably the biggest downside. Hectic, tables not cleared, unpleasant, pushy other guests, screaming, misbehaving children. We would have greatly appreciated a quiet area for older children and adults and a non smoking dining area. The food choice was fine although repeated feedback on this website regarding availability of ice cream after meals hasn't been acted upon. The patisserie was fabulous so we often headed up there for ice cream and Turkish delight. We also enjoyed the snack shack near the beach for pizzas and burgers. The hotel shop was a complete rip off. I had to pay £9 for an essential toiletry item I had overlooked packing. The kids club was a huge disappointment for us. The staff struggled with conversing in basic English and there were no other English speaking children in the club. We couldn't leave our daughter there. Two events we took her along to were both cancelled. We didn't bother trying again. All in all, the Titanic is a great hotel, lovely interior and exterior with many many positive features and lovely amenities including the gym and spa.. My mumps and moans here are a frank reflection of what we experienced. We were comparing it to Lykiaworld, Olu Deniz which we have found to be fantastic. Would we return to Titanic, possibly.
Well what can I say I have been to some fab hotels vegas and all over but this beat them all ! compared to Spanish 5* this is 8* the kids club is fab and also the entertainment for adults throughout the day and evenings it is top class entertainment they have a themed all white party night which is fantastic so take an all white outfit I bought a top whilst there to go with my white pants .there is a finale of fireworks which shoot from the top of the hotel its amazing with bands live .the only thing I would say was the amphitheatre WHERE THEY HAD THE MINI DISCO is all stone it is open air but it is so hot in there it felt like 60degrees ! be warned you will get very hot and sweaty lol ! the rooms were very nice free mini bar restocked every day nuts, crisps, sweet tray refreshed every day .You can get ice cream from different areas throughout the day but the best is in the bar on the reception level it is a patisserie which opens for coffees, cakes , cookies and sandwiches and ice cream the quality of this is exceptional and it is lovely to sit out on the terrace there .Our grandkids just loved the pirate ship slides and water park we spent most of our days in there it was soooo hot .the garden play area of the kids club is shaded so that’s a good place as well .I do recommend hiring a cabana either on the beach or pier we got one on the pier it felt like we were royalty for the day everything is served and you get a cool box filled with drinks , plus champagne fresh fruit ,sweets tray lunch ordered and delivered to your cabana whilst you laze the day away it cost us £120 but was worth it . Have a great time im sure you will the hotel design is fantastic it really feels like a cruise ship .
it was one of best holidays, very nice place, very nice and friendly staff, amazing animation team, good activities, food is amazing, everywhere very clean, room was at 8 floor, very nice view, room nice and big,we had briliant holidays, hope back again
Amazing hotel. Excellent food and services. Very clean rooms . Very nice and helpful staff. For sure I recommend this hotel. You will not regret. Great hotel everything prefect variety of breakfast lunch dinner excellent food resturants halls are great with enough spaces great daily shows too many pools great beach and aqua park
Booked a 2 week stay for the first two weeks in june, when we arrived about 3 in the morning went to check in then to be told the standard rooms had been fully booked so the nice man at reception told us not to worry though as they have upgraded us to a family room free of charge..... Excellent start to the holidays. The hotel its self is very nice and very spacious with lots entertainment through out the day. The drinks on offer are fab and food was nice. Would have giving a 5 star but there was a couple of things the hotel could improve on, when having dinner it took ages for a waiter to come and get your drinks order as they were not enough waiters in the dinning area, could be doing with a little more staff. And also don't get your photos done by the photographer at the hotel went for a photo shoot on our 3rd last day, went to have a look at them the day after, the owner showed us them they were very good, but as we were still in our swimwear we did'nt have any money on us so told him we would go to our room get money and have a think about what package we would get the mans attitude totally changed he started to get very agressive and looked very desprate for a sale so we then told him to ram his photos. Other than that would recommend the Titanic nice family hotel.
Stayed at this lovely hotel from 26th June until 5th July 2017. It was our first family holiday and with two children both under 2 years, and I was not disappointed. i cannot believe that this hotel has bad reviews as I could not find a fault. I normally do not return to the same hotel but I have already looked at booking it again for next year. We stayed in the standard sea view room (1638). It was beautiful spacious and cleaned everyday and mini bar stocked everyday. The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. The pool areas were always busy but still managed to find beds around the pools as there were loads of pools to choose from. The food was fantastic, very good quality kids loved it. the staff all worked very hard but I have to mention ISA KUYUCU what a nice person he made sure everything was right and nothing was an issue for him, he spent alot of time and made the effort with my girls. Food at the beach bar was fantastic especially the fresh bread the ladies were making. Entertainment was great especially the white and black party. We managed to see both of them which was nice to experience. Overall the hotel was brilliant 10 star service, clean and polite staff. Guest relations were a great help setting up my daughters 1st birthday (all the ladies at the desk). Will I be back? YES 110%
