Good-sized room, kept clean, with a beautiful pool area in a great location. Beautiful complex Breakfast could use more options. Difficult to communicate with staff as English is very limited but they tried very hard to accomodate. Bar staff were very friendly and eager to please.

Lovely place to stay. Unfortunately noisy if you are in one of the rooms at the front of the hotel. Great staff. We adopted Molly (our name for her) for the duration of our stay. If you visit please say hello. She loves some ham pilfered from the breakfast buffet 😁. We simply had a wonderful time and would go back in a heartbeat.

The hotel grounds were beautiful, the breakfast was wonderful and our room was very nice. The reason for 4 star is that we had issues with sink and the staff member kept promising it would be fixed - only after our 3rd try was someone sent (a gardner) to try to fix it. That same staff member assured us our transpiration (arranged months in advance) to the next city was confirmed but as we waited the next morning for our transportation, it hadn't been arranged. Thanks to the last minute resourcefulness of another staff member we were able to get to our destination. That one staff member should not be working with guests - he didn't care.

After reading the reviews for the hotel maybe our expectations were too high as our experience was not so good. We were in a deluxe double room which seemed very small, no chairs,bathrobes or glasses. It was very noisy at night with music until midnight (which I think should be noted in the hotel description before booking) This certainly did not feel like a deluxe room

Beautiful hotel with large quiet pool and courtyard Very walkable to restaurants and local sights. Our hotel manager was very kind to switch a more quiet room on request . Restaurant on site with delicious food and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended when staying in Antalya.

This hotel has a lot of character, with the villa layout, the central courtyard with the swimming pool and dining area, and the wonderful way they've made the historic structure underneath the modern building visible through glass panels in the entrance and courtyard areas. And the place felt spacious - my bedroom was big, and right outside I had the use of a large, shared terrace area, with chairs and coffee tables, from which I could overlook the courtyard and the swimming pool. My main frustration with the hotel was the noise at night. The reviews did hint at this so I wasn't taken completely by surprise. The live music from the restaurant next door stopped at midnight which was tolerable. The issue was noisy people and vehicles going past my bedroom window. This was generally an issue up until 1am and then starting again around 6am. I am a light sleeper though so probably a bit more sensitive to it than most.

Perfect location for walking around.parking is available. Amazing garden and pool area.breakfast was super lots of choice.now to the bad AVOID any deluxe rooms on rear of property on ground floor.they are in total darkness and street level so your unable to have any curtains open! Lived in dark room for 6 nights! Noisy with cars and walkers dispute extra glazing. Bathroom is dated and dirty, plaster fell from the shower ceiling daily. Wifi hit and miss on several occasions.aircon temp is central controlled making it a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel staff were terrible. First when I requested to borrow an European outlet adapter, an employee was trying to sell me an used one (most likely left by a guest) for 20 euros. When I questioned the price, he then demanded 250 TL after asking me to show him how much cash I had. But I still denied it since he was so rude. Second when I had breakfast the next morning, another hotel employee rudely cleaned up the table when I was still having the food. Overall, not recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at RuinAdalia. The room is very large and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is nice, especially the pool area and the ruins underneath. The only issue we had is because some of the rooms are facing the street, there can be some loud music at night. One night it was very loud and we asked the person at reception to ask the people outside to turn their music down and they did so it was okay. If you're a light sleeper I'd recommend asking for a room that is not on the street.

Had a lovely stay here… it is in the “old town” area… very easy to walk around and everything you need is close-by. Since it was summer holidays.. it could get crowded when walking around. Loved the calmness if the pool area!

Excellently situated hotel right in the heart of the old city built over an important Roman archaeological site. Lovingly restored by the owners. The staff were extremely attentive and gave excellent personal service. The food was brilliant from an extensive menu and represented good value for money. We will definitely stay at the Ruin Aldia again. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

The property is stunning, and the location is excellent, in the heart of Antalya. However, there is often a loud music at night and the staff, although they try hard, have a bit of an English language challenge. The inside yard of the hotel is quiet, and the area around the pool looks like an oasis in a bustling old town of Antalya. Although I booked deluxe room many months in advance, had to settle on arrival for a room with amenities for people with disabilities (apparently no other room was available). They gave me a proper room the next day, after some negotiation. The hotel has a wonderful buffet breakfast, but if you happen to go for a day trip somewhere early in the morning is breakfast starts at 8 AMand ask for a lunchbox, you’ll get a very plain sandwich with white bread.
