Hotel was not ready for people to stay

Arrived at hotel 11pm everything in complete darkness . Told the hotel closed . They agreed to let us stay as had nowhere to go . Room stunk and was filthy , bedsheets not fresh and bathroom not clean . Following day come back and every room was packed up to be refurbished. They unpacked my room and gave my dad a room to stay in as a resolution as they refused to give a refund, hotel.com would not move me . His room was filthy ! Not once did our rooms get cleaned, bins never emptied . No toilet roll, when asked got a half used one . Hotel .com was very unhelpful when first contacted them . Had a tv in room didn’t work , disco outside next to our rooms on until 12:30pm every night so could not sleep . No aircon as got removed second day . My toilet was constantly flushed , I did address with reception staff member and nothing done
