I was given a room with faulty Aircon,, not working properly or even at all....let me mention it was during a massive heatwave and wildfires in the area, reaching 50° Celsius! The smell from drainage pipes was disgusting.... There supposed to be coffee machine and bath robes , sadly it wasn't there . When I asked guy at the reception he said housekeeping is not there. It supposed to be a hotel and spa, when I asked to use spa I was told it's not open, sadly there was no mentioning of this upon our check in Mattress was awful, balcony door handle was broken and fell off ! City view was a next building wall with massive air con fans .

Location is very good. All was as describe. Yet sea-side rooms are noisy because of the cafe/bar under the hotell. Aircoindition was not active and we couldnt open the window because of loud music. At the end we have to chance the room to the other side of hotell. Staff were very friendly thoigh.

To noisy and uncomfortable

The room was super hot the aircon didn't work properly, the beds was really hard had to ask for a extra quilt to soften it ,music from the restaurant below our room didn't stop to 2am every night and so much traffic so never had a good nights sleep the whole 10 days i stayed there i couldn't wait to come home for a good nights sleep

Just an OK hotell

The hotel was in OK condition, rooms had good size, but NO WIFI in rooms, just at reception. The breakfast was included but NO WATER, NO COFFEE. We got tea for adults but my kids didn't get even water in glasses, nothing. They had guessts which paid for breakfast, and we could waited up to 35 min to get ours, which was pretty much similar things on the plats every day. The service ladies were super nice and the owner was helpful. BUT I will not go back to this hotell and most certainly will not recommand it.
