Staff were nice not so much management but receptionists and bar very friendly your limited in drinks only local beer on tap and vodka and gin the food was hit and miss the chef seemed good thinknits more the quality of ingedients i often just had toast and struggled to pick food inwould eat honestly the turkish bath and massage here was amazing though and area is lovely good clean place to stay but think twice about all inclusive maybe?

Hotel location is excellent but the restaurant food and staff sucked . Terrible service , bad food and very few choices on the menu. By the way you can’t bring outside food to the hotel.

Beautiful location but not much else.

The food was absolutely diabolical. Not just the choice of food, but some of it was off date, like the soup, they clearly had a 2 day rota on food so used the food from the day before. The hotel staff do not speak English, there was a massive communication barrier, There is no way to access water at the hotel after the restaurant and pool bar has closed which is not acceptable in the heat. They do not serve any other food or drink other than Turkish. No ice cream, or kids choices. The swimming pool is nice however it does have rust on it and the slides are fun but have limescale on, the steps to the slide are filthy too. They do not have a lifeguard at the poolside either and when the slide is on (generally midday sun which is not clever) the children run wild and run up the slide stopping others from using it properly. There are no staff to manage this and it took about 6 times of complaining for the manager to ask the kids to stop ..l once management was inside the kids just carried on. When we arrived at midnight, we were tired, thirsty, hungry and did not even receive a welcome. Our passports were copied and we were given a room key, we had to ask how to get to our room. There was no one to help us with luggage, no one to offer us a snack of water and we were not given any information about the hotel or where things were, You can walk down to the private beach which is a small concrete area, no staff or toilets. We wouldn't go back, there are far better places.

Vies en oud hotel, slechte service

De lobby van het hotel ziet er goed uit, maar dit goede beeld verdwijnt snel als je op de kamer komt. Oude bedden, kapotte meubels, kapotte laminaatvloer, tv die niet werkt, airco die zo veel lawaai maakt dat het onmogelijk is deze aan te zetten, ouroude badkamer waar werkelijk alles defect is. En alles is smerig, schoonmaken kennen ze hier niet. Omdat het hotel buiten het seizoen gesloten is, begonnen ze alvast met met alles winterklaar te maken terwijl er nog een hoop betalende gasten waren. De bar aan het zwembad dicht, de lobby bar enkel open op bepaalde tijden en zelfs dan was er niemand om te helpen, de ligstoelen aan het zwbad werden al weggehaald en we konden op stoeltjes gaan zitten. Je betaald extra voor all-inclusive, maar je hebt geluk als je iemand kan vinden die een drankje inschenkt. Het eten bestond de laatste dagen uit kipnuggets en rijst, en wat salade. De vriezer moest leeg.... Dit hotel zou hier niet aangeboden moeten worden, het is een grote tegenvaller.

Terrible room, good restaurant.

I booked a seaview room with all-inclusive, the only good thing was the beautiful sea view from the balcony. In my room the AC not worked, after a try from the staff to fix it I got another room. The furniture is broken, the fridge not work, the matras on the bed was only 180cm long, and with your head you lay next to open power outlets. The AC is very old, and make a terrible noice, it's not possible to turn it on in the night. The bathroom wad old and not clean, same with the towels. In the morning at 9 the housekeeping knocked on the door from all rooms, again at 9.30, becouse they want clean. The restaurant very good and every day different food, also fresh grilled fish. The all-inclusive bar is something different, close a few hours during the day.
