We arrived earlier than out booking in time and was allowed to book in after having welcome drinks at the Lobby Bar. Reception personnel was very friendly. Having an all inclusive deal we did not expect to eat and drink 24 hours but was welcome anytime at the venues if we needed drinks or meals. The hotel rooms are cleaned daily and housekeeping staff assists when needed of some extra items. The pool areas and beach facilities are well maintained. The main restaurant had large amounts of different meals to choose from with a different menu every day (Awesome). Special thanks to the Guest Relations lady who was always friendly and available for our questions. She was great
Can't really fault the hotel, food & drink, staff, location or entertainment. We had a good time. Ok it's not the Ritz but everyone connected to the hotel puts in a shift to make you feel welcome. The hotel is full of Russians and Germans... very few Brits but that's not a problem. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
Very much better than I expected. Very good price and nice staff. I loved staying there. I love to come back. We were there in Oct 2017 and had a pleasant time. We spend a lot of time in aqua park. it is very close to lands of legend and good Kadiria Turkish market.
Let's start by saying I had a good holiday as the beach and pool are really nice but that's where the good points end 1, Rooms are very tired and dated -Broken tiles in shower rooms and dirty grout all around it and Ants in the bathroom. 2, Staff appeared miserable and unhelpful with the exception of a couple 3, Spa was dirty, broken doors on cubicles and hassled by staff to have expensive treatments that I didn't want so decided not to use the facilities. 4, Music was way too loud on the night time that you could not sleep due to the thud, thud, thud of the speakers as rooms were too close to the pool bar and the patio doors don't have any seal so you can hear the music as though you are there. 6, food is repetitive and you need to get there early as from 8pm onwards they appear to stop cooking fresh dishes to try to get people to eat what's left. The hotel and it's attitude put a dampner on what was a generally fun holiday Crystal Tat is no more than a 2 star hotel if you want a better go to Crystal Waterworld It is a far superior hotel much better run and friendlier staff This Hotel is definitely not a 5 star 2 star at best
I come this hotel with my friends all was clean and healty and animation team realy perfect. We will come back this hotrl next year and ofcourse i will tell my all friedns maybe thay will come allso thanks alot
This is my first time in Turkey and we stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. The hotel complex is quite large and offers a lot of personal space if you just want to chill out and relax. The hotel staff will assist you from the moment you arrive up until you leave, all you have to do is ask. There are some staff I would like to say thanks to, Senem, Fadime, Ramazan & Ozcan, great people who went out of their way to make our holiday special, thanks guys.....The hotel prides themselves on cleanliness, you dirty it they clean it.... The pools are great, although a little bit chilly but the sea is great with lots of activities to do if that's what you want. Food, a great selection and to be honest you will always find something to eat in one of the restaurants, so you will never go hungry as you can eat & drink 24/7 if you so chose. Entertainment in the evening, they do try and cater for all age groups and to be honest they do try extremely hard to put on a good show especially the 'White Party' which is a beach party with a laser show... Brilliant.. The room was spacious and adequate for our needs although the walls are so thin that if you have a neighbour that likes to wake up at 0430 every morning and start listening to the tv music channel you won't be too happy.....During our stay we were moved from our original room as the season was coming too an end and we were placed in room 1229, not good as this is right above the nightclub BOOM BOOM BOOM until 0200 every night. A chat with Murak Ozer and we were moved back to our original area, a 'BIG' thanks for sorting this out.....Peace restored... Overall I would recommend this hotel and would certainly go back to stay
I did spent 6 days at this hotel. the only negative I could say is, the wifi is not really good at many places within the hotel building. apart from this issue, I really can not say anything bad... food selection and quality either for breakfast, lunch and diner is just mind blowing. staff is very friendly, bars are located throughout the resort, I would go back, no doubt!
This is a large resort hotel on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Arrival: friendly and welcoming check in from the gent on reception. Minimum of fuss and was shown quickly to our room. Room: very clean and functional, beds on the hard side of comfortable, plenty of shampoo etc. Only comment would be that the Aircon only runs for an hour of so before it turns itself off: whilst I'm sure this saves power it doesn't make for a restful night's sleep. We ended up leaving the door open, and enduring the odd mosquito bite and music from outside. Food: the buffet food is well prepared and plentiful. The offer is tuned to the Russian market so if you, like us, are from the UK be ready not to see some of the items you might expect. Other: I have to say I found the other (Russian) guests at the hotel unfriendly, maybe it's a cultural thing, but the endless pushing, shoving general rudeness a little wearing. I pity to poor staff who have to live with this all the time.
I come here already 2 times and again we are here with family and again perfect holiday thanks all for this great holiday we will come back animation team are best and thanks all serdar.. Service also good and and about food can be more quality but all was OK hotel clean and good area with green we will back thanks all
Having visited a 5 star hotel in Belek previously ( Cornelia Diamond ) my expectations were high but unfortunaly the Crystal Tat resort didn't deliver. The surroundings the hotel was set in was lovely and some of the facilities were great but the service and food standards left a lot to be desired. The Spa experience on the first day put us off as it was quite a hard sell and my partner was told he needed 5 X 90 minute sessions at a cost of 650 euros when we said we could not afford we were told how could we put a price on health !!! In restaurants the service for the Russian and German guests seemed much better than for the few British which annoyed us daily and each night the service varied dramatically. The best service was on the terrace bar. Food was bland and food times in main restaurant was like a battle and not relaxing at all always struggling to find seats and the Russian guest constantly cutting in and not queuing like others ..... Annoying!!! We were unable to keep room on, on the last day as we did not leave hotel until 22:00 but were told we could shower in the Spa area. The changing rooms were disgusting, shower doors hanging off, floors dirty, all the lockers would not lock so another bad experience to finish the holiday off. I hope that the hotel takes this review as it is meant, to improve standards for fellow holiday makers. Would we go back NO
