Tout le confort d'une résidence principale pour vos vacances !(lave vaisselle-machine à laver-stationnement- bus gratuits centre ville ...) Particulièrement bien situé pour l'été : impérial & lac au bout de l'avenue, Bus (gratuit) en bas de l'immeuble.

Nous vous laissons ponctuellement notre appartement cosy de 60 m2 à la décoration moderne et chaleureuse.
1 chambre avec lit double king size / 1 chambre enfant avec lit simple.
Possibilité d'ajouter un lit bébé (non fourni)

Lits faits à l'arrivée et serviettes de toilettes fournies ainsi qu'un kit de bienvenu!

Utilisation de la cuisine et ses produits de base ainsi que la machine à laver dans le respect du matériel.

Attention à noter 1 CHAT (gentil et très calme ) dans l'appartement/ je passerai tous les 2 jours pour faire son bac et nettoyer l'appartement au besoin.
Ménage à faire à la fin de votre séjour svp.
A noter ceci n est pas un appartement destiné à la location touristique mais loué très ponctuellement. Malgré un grand ménage fait avant votre arrivée et pendant votre séjour (je passerai nettoyer la litière) c'est un appartement avec une âme et de la vie.

Centre ville à 20 mn à pied maximum et bus en bas de l'immeuble (10 minutes jusque gare d'Annecy, ligne directe)

Appartement parfait, très bien situé pour le MIFA

Merci à Sandrine pour son accueil et sa gentillesse et pour ce séjour avec tous les conforts. L'appartement est très bien situé et la communication avec Sandrine a été impeccable.
