We stayed two nights. There was no room cleaning while staying. At a shower room, there are two shampoos on the wall with no labels. I asked the staff which is for hair and which is for body, but he said he had no idea.(he’s friendly though) Almost no amenities. Staffs are nice but I don’t want to choose this hotel next time.

Great Staff, Poor Rooms** I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel in Ankara. **Positive Aspects:** - **Staff:** The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They addressed all my concerns with a smile and provided excellent service. - **Location:** The hotel is very close to public transportation, which made getting around the city quite convenient. **Negative Aspects:** - **Room Condition:** The rooms were very old, which negatively impacted the comfort level. - **Smell:** There was a strong smell of smoke in the room, which was quite unpleasant. - **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness of the rooms was well below my expectations; they were not adequately cleaned. Overall, while the helpful staff and convenient location are positives, the hotel needs significant improvements in room quality and cleanliness.

Wonderful staff that wants to help but often can’t. No English skills but one man was soooo kind that he made up for all the other pitfalls - rooms are just so outdated and we even switched rooms after being assigned to 5XX which meant that we had to climb stairs to get to that floor and the room was attached to a huge terrace but the door To the terrace would not lock and no key could be found. Then we never had our room cleaned, trash emptied, or clean towels in the 3 days we were there. The kind man on staff was a porter who understood our need to find the airport bus and he walked us to it!!! The hotel is being renovated in the dining area and will have a cafe - BUT the rooms and halls desperately need renovation!

The best location for holiday trip

The best thing is the location its full of coffee shops and restaurants and very nice bazar at night ,the staff is very nice and very kind ,breakfast is good but they need to make some repair for many things , actually i can come again but i hope to see more clean bathroom and some repairs

Great hotel value located in bustling Kizilay!

If you're looking for a hotel at a great price and in a very convenient location, but don't mind it being a bit dated and in need of a little TLC, this is your place! This 5-floor (plus a terrace floor) dated hotel is located right in the heart of Kizilay district of Ankara. This area is very popular among the young local population and is busy from sunrise to well after dark. Lots of great restaurants, bars, shops and vendors right out the front door! Also a huge indoor mall is just a short walk away. As I said, this hotel needs some work, but is very comfortable and the staff is VERY friendly and helpful. They quickly found us another room after we discovered a plumbing issue in the bathroom. I believe the staff would do anything to assure your comfort. The free wi-fi worked perfectly during the 3 days we stayed there. They partner with an auto-park located a short walk away, and the staff drove our car there after we checked in and went to retrieve it during our checkout! There is a 10TL daily charge for the parking. The breakfast is awesome! It's a traditional Turkish breakfast loaded with various fruits, vegetables, cheeses, bread, olives, soup and many condiments. You will NOT be disappointed with this amenity! Overall a very enjoyable stay.

All the usual things that would be wrong with a hotel where apparent but I can honestly say that the staff and the general feel of the building are so welcoming that I would stay again and recommend it to others the location is great too gives you a real feel of the vibrancy of Ankara

I made check in near 10pm and check out next day at 7:00 am and this my notes in 9 hours stay First room was Not Clean and I asked to change it immediately they said sorry and changed it , the new room's clean 3.9/5 . Staff was good and friendly . Place of Hotel is very good .
