Excellent place very near to beach. We can enjoy the beach view from you room. Beach is 100 mtrs from your room. Take beach view room. You can sit outside and enjoy it nicely. Restaurant is costly but it has to be as it is in the beach
Excellent property. Awesome location. Right on the beach. Helpful staff. Prompt service. Parking available. Cottages were cleaned everyday. Guess the management has changed and they are very good. Recommended.
The rooms are all little bungalows set in a coconut grove with direct access to the beach. The construction of the bungalows leaves a little to be desired with large gaps in the walls. We travelled in April so mosquitos weren’t an issue but I don’t know how good it would have been at other times. My one recommendation to the hotel (and all hotels in Goa) is that if you want to attract guest keep the area/beach in front of you hotel clean and clear of rubbish. The whole beach is littered but there are plenty of staff on hand to keep it clean and if your area is the cleanest you’ll get the most customers. Rooms were clean and showers and air conditioning worked well.
Service is not good, basic amenities are not available in the room. Except locations rest all is not upto the level. Very unprofessional. Don't get fooled by review and images which are there online. We did have any option left as we were very late in booking at the time of Diwali, so I had to book this hotel. I wanted to meet the owner, but did not get any responses from reception. Don't come with family.
I had come to this place more than 6 years ago with friends, good times, and it was a good place especially given that you are right on the beach. And man, has this place deteriorated over-time. There were electrical problems, you know the usual, power-cut, at 2am every night we were there, for which we had to shout to the manager (who smells and his teeth were black) so that he can flip a "trippy" switch. The restroom's water will leak inside the room, yeah, no big deal. The restaurant guy was a "bored-out-of-his-wits" person and makes the most horrendous sandwich ever (You must have heard of the phrase: so bad its funny). The gate-man (surprisingly better groomed than the manager, because as I said its a funny place), was a "bro-man" whose focus was to offer the place for parking for the more important everyday beach visitors, and offer them to take a look at rooms. Yeah, there were outsiders walking around the whole place. And so on, I am not even going into small things, like the first room had dead cockroaches and alive frogs, which we changed later, lol. I mean look, I enjoyed Goa for what it is anyway. I don't mean to be rude, the guys were fine (manager, gate-man, restaurant guy, service boy - 4 people staff), they were trying to keep up with times (or not, I don't care), but I continued to stay there because I simply got curious to see how bad the place has actually become. Anyway, 1 star, the usual, no big deal.
A Very over priced ,very very basic cottage with nothing provided unless you ask staff for basic things like soap/ towel / toilet paper: Very over priced : Staff attitude are terrible NO safe / No coffee/tea facilities / No Phone / No Towel. The 1st thing front staff ask upon arrival was" WHAT YOU WANT ? " what kind of question is that to ask from a guest. Will get a shock if you check in, the front entrance looks like a run down shade with nobody in attendance. The only staff that is friendly are those in the restaurant ( Raj ) Most staff have no basic courtesy unless you give tips. Will NEVER STAY IN THIS PLACE AGAIN> i stay for 4 nights here
Amazing location. Walking distance from Curlies and Shiva Valley.Food and music could have been better when compared to other huts and restaurants in the area. Worth every penny spent on the stay. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of waves what could be a better vacation. Staffs were also very friendly and helpful.
Very nice cottages in front of sea with lovely greenery at backyard. Walking distance to curlies and other shacks not sure if they have now opened food restaurants. A pleasant stay for 1-2 night for couples and family.
No complains about the location . They have done their best with the beach facing cottages (irrespective of the challenge from the sea) but they need to do a thorough pest control check before a guest checks in . We found a healthy number of millipedes on the walls of the wooden bathroom, which were not to be found later in the morning . The bathroom though cleaned had a bad stink (a room fresher was all it needed ) The AC remote battery had to be changed . And the staff was totally clueless about our arrival and we had to wait for them to confirm among themselves regarding the allotment of the cottage. Had a bad milky coffee the next day morning . If the management improved I'm sure this property can do better .
A very nice cottage stay with a beach facing view is all a perfect holiday for a couple or honeymooners looking for serene beauty, breezy air, with the awesome sound of waves and away from the crowded place of goa.
