pros: cheerful staff.wonderful first aid caregiver at the poolside..a lady cons: everything else. checked in with my family at 1 am last friday. after a long journey we were tired,obviously... but the unkempt room did not miss our notice...strands of loose hair, liquid soap bottles empty....room was so small that to accommodate the extra bed they had taken out all the seating arrangements in the room ...so any room service order had to be consumed on the bed!!!. the breakfast buffet was atrocious...stale chutney was served on first morning which was quickly and surreptitiously replaced when complained... second morning even by 8 am( buffet timings are from 7-10) coffee/tea/live counters were not open. the typical chalta hai attitude was amply reflected in every corner....the housekeeping manager failed to show up despite my request... our travel guy fell for the marriott name but later came to know that it was running in some other name till a few months ago only to have a tie-up with marriott recently... please don't fall for the name...keep far away...you have park regis literally next door, which i was told by my drivers to be a better property

The moment we entered Marriot, we UN knew this was not Marriot - nothing in the hotel mirrors the Marriot brand. The best thing is that nobody picks up the call on the reception / housekeeping line. Assuming you are fortunate enough to get to one of the staff members and ask for say a towel, be rest assured you won’t get it even after an hour or two in spite of repeated reminders. Chole served are cold - that’s breakfast. The room a/c was not working well and we had to get it repaired. I can comfortably say that I wasted my money. Marriot folks - can you please live upto your brand name, else just remove the Marriot branding from Fairfield?
It was a nice and comfortable stay at Fairfield. Staff is courteous and pro with their work. Rooms are clean and spacious with private balcony. Food is awesome especially chicken tikka. All the major attractions and beaches are in the range of hotel area. The hotel also have self driven vehicles facility in their premises which is a plus point. Keep up the good work team.
My 1st stay with the Fairfield segment, based on the experience with this property, I'm now sure that I can blindly expect the same in all other such properties of Fairfield. To start with, the check-in process was seamless, the front desk staff changed my room immediately with no fuss when I asked to change my room to a nearer exit point of the hotel even after checking in and spending a few hours in the 1st room. The best asset of this property are definitely the staff. They don't just greet you but take the time to have a conversation with the hotel guests. The rooms were clean while checking in and was maintained the same way while being used even. Food was really good. This place made me feel like I was coming back home after a day's of work. A big shout-out to the following members of the Fairfield family:- F&B- Akhilesh, Akbari, Sony, Dipali & Sumeet where very attentive with every table and made good suggestions with the menu, a great smile on each of them always Front Office- Lenny was very efficient during check-in, check-out and any issues addressed & Divya who takes care of the night shift is someone you cant miss while walking in, she is always there with a big smile and a good conversationalist House Keeping- Prashant is always on top of things and very courteous Security- Pragati infidelity breaks the taboo of the stiff upper lip approach
This was my first stay at fairfield goa marriott. The rooms are graceful and elegant. The staff was cooperative and the food was amazing. I tried the goan food there and recommend to dine in the kava. Sumit and deepali help me out throughout my stay.
Very nice place to stay. Food is excellent and very courteous staff. Akhilesh, Sumit very good at hospitality. They ensure customer’s requirement is fulfilled to the maximum. Rooms need to be managed a little more effective.
A beautiful place to have a nice relaxed breakfast. Beautifully set in the verandah overseeing the lawns and garden for outdoor lovers and also an ac.hall for them that love indoor setting. Lavishly spread out buffet, satisfying equally the veg and nonveg clients. Also took care of the folks that needed special breakfast for the fasting people ( since it's the Shradh) . Served well by the stewards and the chef popped in to see the arrangement was adequate and well supplied. Loved the smile and courtesy of each steward. Thank you Malay Biswas and team. Enjoyed thoroughly our breakfast. Was worth the price paid and the travel we did to reach the venue. Keep it up. Just a few pics, as forgot to click more of all that we ate.
