Room 310 The bathroom was incomplete repair construction. There is a 2x4 nailed above the toilet with measurements written on it, spackled walls unpainted from water damage. I paid full price for a damaged room.

Housekeeping did not provide service on Saturday. Toilet seat hung on one knob and therefore kept sliding and pinching skin. Coffee at breakfast weak. Hats off to breakfast person. She is an asset to your hotel. Cordial helpful and sincerely wishing to provide excellent service. Needed to ask front desk for hair dryer and shower soap. A few trips to front desk was necessary.
