Housekeeping did not provide service on Saturday. Toilet seat hung on one knob and therefore kept sliding and pinching skin. Coffee at breakfast weak. Hats off to breakfast person. She is an asset to your hotel. Cordial helpful and sincerely wishing to provide excellent service. Needed to ask front desk for hair dryer and shower soap. A few trips to front desk was necessary.

Anderson stay

The room was nice and clean but the toilet did not flush well at all and the sink was backing up. On another note the breakfast was terrible. We ended up going out to get breakfast. Other than waffles the hot food tasted nasty.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. The staff at front desk and housekeeping were all really friendly. I felt safe and I had a restful sleep. My room was very clean. There were many dining options near the hotel in walking distance which made this very convenient. There were lots of parking in well lit area. I enjoyed eating breakfast at this hotel which had choices of hot or cold breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

The property was easy to access from the highway. When we arrived we were given a room which when we tried to enter, we were greeted by the guest already staying in the room. The hallways and stairwells were not clean. The sink in the bathroom had brown crud around the drain. The shower chair (accessible room) had black growth around the bottom of the legs. When checking out, I wanted a receipt, and the person working said it was emailed to me. He was only half awake and making no effort to provide what I wanted. We have stayed at several Country Inn and Suites. This is the only one we have had issues with.

The sink in the bathroom did not drain well. The bathroom wall had too much paint flaking off the walls. We stayed there 5 nights they should have given us a better room. Not sure if I would stay here again. The workers there were nice and professional but our room should have been more professional

There was a mistake when booking with Expedia and I was charged for 2 rooms. The girl at desk realized the mistake, took the extra pair of keys and canceled for that room. The hotel had very few people that night. My refund was never applied back to my account and Rxpedia talked to manager next day and he refused to give refund on room that I no longer had key access to. I usually stay here when in town but never again.

Good hotel. Only gripe was we found a pair of dirty underwear in the b8ble drawer. Pretty gross but reported it to the front desk and after about 15 minutes she came and took them. Other tganbtgst tge hotel was fine. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. We thought about checking out the pool but the extremely blue water made us reconcider.

Good with a few improvements needed

Nice property and clean. Good value for the money. My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was about average for a motel breakfast. I heard minimal noise from the street and otber rooms. Microwave and frig in room. Friendly checkin, but no one there at check out. Things to improve on: shower diverter did not work 100% so not as much shower stream as should be, hard bed, don't like them putting a hundred dollar hold on credit card for "incidentals".

Friendly staff! Room was mostly comfortable aside from it feeling humid even with a/c running. Bathroom faucet handle was difficult to turn on & off, which will be reported to maintenance.
