All the comforts of home!

Lynette was in contact to make sure we had all we need. This place had all of the SMALL things that you miss when traveling. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and it shows. We will definitly be staying here again.

We were in Anchorage for a wedding and felt this house ended up being the perfect location for us. The house is well maintained and cozy. Lynette had wonderful communication and a great reponse time. We would stay here again, if we are ever back in Anchorage.

Excellent stay

Our stay here was amazing! This property had everything you could ask for. The house was exactly as described and even better in real life. It was EXTREMELY clean and well organized. We could tell the owners take great pride in their property. Well decorated and just plain made you feel comfortable and at home. We so enjoyed our stay here! We will for sure be spreading the word to our family & friends about this one!

Visiting Family

We stayed at the house while visiting some family in the area. The house was perfect for my husband, myself and our son. The location was very convenient for us and it was easy to come and go. Everything was clean and the pack n play and high chair worked great.

Perfect Little Place, Top-Notch Mgmt

This house was perfect for my stay. I was there for 2 weeks of business with the office 5 minutes away. The weather was not good and I'm from Arizona, so this was a wonderful refuge at the end of every long day. The furniture was very comfortable & cozy with plenty of throw blankets available. The stock of dishes, utensils, and knick-knacks in the kitchen was very good. And the spice rack is fantastic! I wish I'd had more time/energy to cook. The property manager was so nice and easy to talk with. Her communication leading up to check-in was simple and easy and she checked in on me during my stay to be sure everything was good. I did have a little hiccup in my schedule which caused a bit of "just-in-case" back-up planning. She did everything she could to be sure I was covered and at ease. Overall, this property and the management are top-notch. I'll be back to Anchorage a few times each year and if I need a vaca rental, this will be my first call.

Home away from home

This is my second time staying here--a comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood conveniently close to shopping and food including Costco, Diamond Mall and a straight shot to downtown for the novice Anchorage driver. All the little extras made this an exceptionally comfortable place to land at the end of a busy day.

Fav lil home away from home

Love this fully loaded house that has all you need and more! Comfy beds, spacious living room, fully loaded kitchen, and no need to pack extras for the bathroom. Huge back yard, perfect location!! This was our 2nd stay here, and I hope to stay here again over and over in the future.

Every detail of this rental was thought through... Couldn't suggest anything to enhance they stay.. From supplying laundry detergent (new washer & dryer) to fresh coffee and snacks. Great amenities. Well done! I would recommend to anyone.

Clean, comfy, and great location!

The home is clean and modern, very comfortable and inviting. Centrally located for us and our shopping needs. We were pleasantly surprised about the large back yard totally fenced for privacy too. No complaints would happily stay here again. Great communication from owner too.

Felt like home

The property was easy to find, centraly located, and quiet. We were visiting Anchorage because my mom had Dr appointments. This property provided the comfort of home so she could relax and recover. Everything that we needed to cook our meals was provided. We did have a couple questions, and Lynette was quick to respond. We look forward to staying at this property in the future.
