This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The staff was kind and everyone we met had a great attitude. We had a little issue with the AC in our room and the maintenance was there within 10 mins and fixed it quickly, the room was clean, the pool and hot tub was perfect, Parking was great. We felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. They had the typical eggs and some type of protein with potatoes. I’m just not a big fan of watery eggs. But, it really wasn’t too bad. Everyone found something that they enjoyed and all 6 of my family members were happily feed. Already booked our next visit. Thank you Sonesta.

Rooms were clean staff was helpful. They don’t clean your room everyday but will assist when you need something so you don’t go without. Some of the amenities. Dishwasher, microwave are older. That’s the only thing that kept the location from scoring higher. Great location to get on and off the 5 near Disney.

The breakfast buffet was zero stars , and I’m not being picky or a snob, I wasn’t expecting high end food, but it was a complete joke. The pool area was also a let down and there was no reason to charge for parking at a low rent hotel like this. I should have read the reviews better

Our room had a few items that needed replacing and it was clean but I feel it could have been better. I had to ask for an iron because there was none in the room and extra set of sheets for the pull out couch. There was no housekeeping and had to also ask for extra towels for our 3 day stay. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and they tried to refill constantly but it was very busy. Didn’t like paying for parking but over all we had a good stay and would stay there again.

The room was so nice. We got the two bedroom and loved that it had two bathrooms for our large family. The only reason I give 4 stars is that on the second night of the stay we started smelling cigarette smoke! They came and sprayed and put an air purifier which worked for one day but then we smelled the smoke again. I know it’s probably really hard to determine who is smoking in the building but it just was unfortunate smelling that during the stay.
