Great hotel staff helpful and friendly. Only thing was the noise we were in the room by the door so heard people coming and going and a lot of chatting until the early hours on our first night. But otherwise the hotel was fab couldn’t fault it.

The shower isn’t drain, flooded the whole bathroom, instead of moving us straight away they just gave us towels. No fridge and the water was freezing the first day but boiling the next day. Staff were nice and location was good

I don’t understand the poor reviews. This is Amsterdam, and Sara’s B is a budget hotel. Clean, basic, good location. This isn’t De L’ Europa. I was very happy with this being a new option for my stays. I must have been to 10 hotels over 20 yrs in AMS. The value here is good. If you want better, you’ll pay for it. Whatever the case, I’ve already booked my next reservation there for 3 weeks away.

It was a fabulous stay and good value for money. The staff were excellent and responded when i ask questions online instantly, so helpful, i can't fault that. The location of the property is perfect. Easy to walk to the center or to the west and it’s right next to one of the best parks in Amsterdam, Vondelpark. The room I had was spacious and the staff were very helpful.
