We absolutely loved this hotel. Staff were very kind and helpful. Claudia especially was outstanding. We only stayed here one night, but wished it was for a week. The location is very convenient. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. Room and balcony was large, balcony had chairs and tables with a beautiful view. We were given a bottle of wine as a honeymoon gift which we enjoyed on the balcony. Thankyou!! We highly recommended this hotel if you want a beautiful, reasonably priced hotel in the heart of positano. Continental breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. The hotel is very Easy to get to if you're traveling on the SITA bus which is how we arrived from sorrento. Just jump off at the sponda positano bus stop, then is it a short downhill walk. Do-able even with a large suitcase. Thanks for having us. We will be back!

This hotel was beautiful, the price was very reasonable and was in the perfect area. It is not too high up and around 15min walk down to the beach. Would highly recommend and return here. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Perfect! Nearby the SITA bus station & in the center. You can get a nice view of the town from the balconies. Love the deco of the lobby and the breakfast room. The tiles! My room was simple yet comfy and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Usual breakfast. A recommended stay in Positano!

My partner and I stayed two nights. We fell in love with the tiled floors and lovely white decor. The view from our room was out of this world and the breakfast dining room also had a view. The breakfast coffee was great and the overall location was near shops, great restaurants and bars. We drove into Positano and were able to park our car 20 metres down the road in a parking station. The hotel staff were all lovely and very helpful. A local hairdresser told me this is a family run hotel and there are photos of the family in the lobby. I would stay here again anytime and would recommend it to anyone.

Spent a few nights here in Aug 2017. We had a room overlooking the town, and could see the ocean to the right. The hotel is situated on the main one way road though the town, so we did not have to haul luggage up or down stairs or anything like that. The hotel also had a a small elevator, so again no lugging. The hotel lobby was very nice, and the hotel staff were excellent. They checked us in immediately and efficiently, and everything was was expected. Our room was clean and well appointed, although a bit spartan in terms of decoration and such. But the balcony more than made up for it. The view was excellent. The hotel had cable TV with some English speaking stations, and had wifi. The wifi was a bit difficult to get connected to, and the login behavior was inconsistent. We ended up not using it very much. Cell signal was good, and out international data plan meant we had more than enough access to not worry about wifi too much. The hotel offered breakfast in the dining room. It was a continental style, with cereal, danishes and the like. Overall we had a good stay, and enjoyed the visit.

I booked this hotel last minute, I paid rack rate. The hotel was very disappointing, lovely lobby but the room was very dated, horrible furniture no bath and dirty marks on the bedspread. It was also very noisy no chance of a lie in, noise from above and the cleaners too. I went to reception to express my disappointment and to discuss the chance of cancelling some of my dates without penalty. I dealt with Claudia who is one of the family members who own the Hotel, she was very rude to me insinuated that I was deaf as I was not accepting her comments, this made me very upset and reduced me to tears. I spoke with another team member who helped calm the situation and allowed me to move after two/three nights...honestly I can't stress enough how horrible this lady was, after our altercation she refused to serve me when I went to reception it was crazy......if you need a room for the night and you are up and out early then its fine, but not to relax in.

My sister and I are currently staying at the hotel and the service, cleanliness, sight, comfort and staff are wonderful. Our room has a large balcony overlooking the the city and sea views. We do not want to leave. Breakfast had many healthy choices and staff were polite and always willing to help. Despite the rain we are making the best of our 2 day visit. Highly recommend.

We fell in love with this hotel the minute we stepped foot into the stylish lobby with the funky tiles!!! When driven to our room we were only speechless when we saw the view lying before our eyes, being able to enjoy even from the comfort of our bed, not only the beautiful and picturesque veranda. Everything in this hotel is of high standard and staff more than helful, always willing to provide recommendations and book trips for us. Location is excellent, in the main street of Positano (yet the double glazing windows make the rooms very quiet despite the busy road) and only 5 steps from the pedestrian street which leads down to the beach area. Parking can be arranged with the location at property very close to it (beginning of pedestrian street). Hotel is not brand new but all furnishings and bathroom were very well maintained & clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, served in the amazingly decorated breakfast room and veranda. If ever back in Positano, (which is by the way one of a kind place to visit!!), we would definitely return to this hotel!

Our family group stayed at this hotel at the end of August. We had a perfect stay. The hotel was in an ideal location with stunning views of both the city and the sea from all of our rooms. We received a warm welcome upon our arrival. Claudia was particularly helpful throughout our stay. Even in advance of our arrival the reception staff were able to arrange parking right across the street from the hotel- a real bonus!. The hotel lobby was airy and clean with beautiful tile work. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Two of our "quad" rooms had large balconies with stunning city views. The other room had quaint Juliette balcony with both a city and sea view. The bathrooms were modern and clean. The location of the hotel was ideal. Right out the front door were charming ceramic shops and boutiques. It was a short walk down to the beach with lots to see along the way. The hotel provides beach towels for use which were invaluable to have. Breakfast was included with a delicious assortment of sweet and savoury pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit and more. I thoroughly enjoyed my made to order cafe latte while taking in the breathtaking views. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Booked this hotel for a five night stay . We were made very welcome right from the start . The young lady at reception allowed us to check in early as our room was ready . The room was comfortable, with bunk beds for the kids . Very well positioned, three minutes walk to Piazza Tasso. Don't forget to admire the Valley of the Mills on the way there . Bus and train station was also three minutes walk . Staff were always very helpful when asked for advice on how to get to different places.Excellent breakfast served every morning. Lots of variety and you can also ask for eggs and pancakes. Would highly recommend this hotel.
