Room was very quiet, immaculately well maintained and extremely comfortable. The young lady on the afternoon / evening shift was particularly brilliant and deserves recognition. Very close to the Mediterranio Shopping Center but not a lot else. Too far to walk to the Town Center but only a short pleasant drive.

Very comfortable hotel on outskirts of the city easy to park in the area next to large shopping centre and restaurants near the hotel very modern and clean reception very friendly and helpful lovely place

This hotel is next door to Almerias largest indoor shopping mall. Unfortunately for the city centre it is either a 5/6 Euro taxi or a 1.05 Euro bus ride which has a stop just outside the hotel. The hotel is quite large and clean, the rooms are of a good standard their is very little in the way of facilities such as a pool. The price however is very good as are most Almeria hotels.

Nice hotel, free wifi, rooms are decent, spacious, very clean, a/c, safe, wardrobe, flat screen tv, luminous, window facing the street, quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Short distance from city center. Only negative point would be the variety for breakfast; pretty standard in my opinion. Apart from that, totally recommend it. Tip: try not to get handicapped room.

This hotel was sold to us by Thomas Cook as a 4* hotel. It is not worthy of 2*rating. The breakfast at €9.50 is over priced. The food is ok but not value for money. The bar and restaurant are closed on fri, Sat and Sunday evenings!!! Tonight we fancied a beer after a long day travelling around the area. The girl on reception kindly opened the closed bar but could only provide us with bottled beer as she could not work the draft pumps. We sat outside in the smoking area to find coffee cups and other detritus from breakfast still on the few tables there. The ashtrays were overflowing and the terrace strewn with rubbish. Hence we only had one before treking down town.

Modern and comfortable hotel, with pleasant friendly staff. We (and our dog) were made to feel very welcome. The room was spacious and clean with good A/C. The location was OK, its way out of the city, but we knew this when we booked and there are a few good bars and restaurants nearby. The rate (pre-booked) was good but the 'extras' added up ..... 18.18 euros PER NIGHT for the dog and 10 euros per night parking. I dont mind paying extra for the dog but over a few nights, it adds up. Wifi is free but I could only pick it up in reception as it came and went in tne room.

I stayed in this hotel for one night after the previous hotel got our booking wrong. We were not able to eat in the restaurant or explore the local area (apart from the shopping centre) but the hotel was incredibly modern and clean. I felt very safe in my hotel room and welcomed by the very smiley staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely spacious clean rooms. Set menu in dining room was excellent. Five minutes walk from shopping centre. Five minutes walk from good Italian restaurant and several other restaurants including a japonese. Our two night stay with our dog couldn't have been better.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, and for 57 euros a night it's a pretty good deal. The rooms are newly renovated, and although they're not large, they have a safe, mini-bar, flat screen TV, small sitting area and a nice bathroom. The staff is terrific and the cafeteria has good food at a good price but is not open on weekends except for breakfast. The hotel is right next to the huge Mediterraneo shopping center and the rooms are quiet. A couple of problems include the ripped blackout curtain (due to the fact that they are hard to close I think), the little sofa in the sitting area had cushions that kept slipping off, and the pillows that are really hard typical Spanish long and thin as well. Unfortunately, while we were there they evidently were doing some kind of work on the roof, and being on the top floor (room 602) just below the workers there was a lot of noise at times. Finally, although they advertise that they have a gym, they do not, and they will send you "down the street" where you have to pay 5 euros to get in.

We checked into this hotel, after we had left our last one, because of the problems of having a dog. No repeat of the attitude from the previous place. We were welcomed by the staff and our room was functional and comfortable. We were on the main road, but there was no hint of the noise. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, there is a bar/cafe across the road and a Japanese restaurant opposite. Parking is on the road, but there were no problems getting space.
