Lovely staff very friendly just a shame announcements were all in Spanish so we had no idea what was going on where! Very clean, very comfortable. Rooms are lovely. We faced a car park which was a shame but we did have a balcony. Not all inclusive, so choices of meals very limited. Unfortunately as we didn’t understand what was happening my daughter did not get chance to join in the kids clubs or me in the adult activities! Loved the pool, jacuzzi and fountains. Would return.

Even If you have a reservation check-in will still take 10 minutes for each person. They will try to upsell you parking, room upgrades and dinner even if you have a prepaid reservation. Also the staff speaks no English. The hotel is not on the beach. It is very family oriented and in the evening they do have live entertainment for all ages.

Habitacion un horno al entrar

La habitacion nada mas entrar parecia un horno del calor que hacia y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, tampoco funcionaba el telefono para llamar a recepcion para solucionar las incidencias. Las lamparas de la habitacion cada vez que se encienden hacen mucho ruido. El restaurante una pasada.

Decepcionada

La atención fue muy buena, pero el hotel lo catalogan como 4 estrellas y ya es muy viejo, las camas súper incomodas que se nos encajaban los muelles y el aparcamiento, si querías tener tu coche dentro de las instalaciones debía pagar una pensión de 12€ (Para personas no VIP).
