Really enjoyed my stay for the most part. The parking lot is horrible though and need repaired. My room was nice and clean, staff was great. Only down side was an issue with the police having to come to the room next door and it causing a commotion really late

Hostess to check us in was very rude. Parking lot was full of huge pot holes not very well taken care of at all.

Very clean and the staff was very friendly , the complimentary breakfast was great

This is an older hotel, it was built when I was in jr high (in the 80s) The town itself has really went downhill. This is no fault of the hotel. The mall that is attached is not what it used to be. I am surprised it is still opened. The staff was lovely and very friendly. However the pool was open to people who purchased a pass to swim, they were not kind to guests... especially guest with children. The hot tub and pool needs a lot of love. The parking lot is not owned by the hotel, but the mall. It is horrible and if you have a lower riding car you may knock off an oil pan. But all in all it was a good stay even though I was in Alliance.

The A/C worked when it felt like it! No USB ports anywhere

Facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was usual hotel type and staff were attentive trying to keep up. Number of youth athletes were staying which can be a challenge.

Very clean room. Free Breakfast was very good with alot to coose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful with printing out directions ro where we were going.

We had an excellent stay in Alliance. The whole hotel was very well kept. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. Only problem was finding the hotel after dark, because it is behind the mall.

I was able to rest and relax!!! Very quiet and the staff was very accommodating!

Room was clean and well maintained. The only complaint I had was that there was not ventilation in the bath room. Therefore, the mirrors would steam up taking a fast shower.

Great staff and we'll maintained hotel plenty of things to do in walking distance

The hotel is very old, and for the price per night, I would expect some improvements. The room was dingy and the carpet was frayed, the room had an odd smell. The hotel was safe, the staff was great - it just needs and update. I travel quite a bit, and I do not see myself booking this hotel again.

we did some sigt seeing and enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi BREAKFAST was DELICIOUS and RATES were astounding.

The Comfort Inn in Alliance was enjoyable and provided a clean, quiet and restful place for us to stay at a very affordable price. The staff were friendly and the morning continental breakfast buffet was good. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who appreciates the basics of a good hotel.

Best stay we have had in a very long time. Good clean rooms and friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Went to grandsons first communion at local church. Had eight family members at this motel. Close to our services.

We were pleased with the room and the welcoming service. To our surprise Alliance was celebrating their Carnation Days right outside our hotel. The fabulous food and nightly bands were a terrific draw for the locals and us. There were many team members from various little league teams also staying, they really had a good time in the pool and surrounding common areas. It was good to see so many kids enjoying themselves. Our room was neat and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool. Will definitely stay again.

The Comfort Inn- Alliance, OH was very comfortable. The room was spacious and closet space adequate. The vanity area was complete with long counter, hair dryer and adequate lighting.
