Slecht onderhouden appartement dat absoluut niet voldeed aan de beschrijving!
We hebben het appartement 8 dagen gehuurd. In beschrijving stond dat het een prachtig en volledig gerenoveerd penthouse was, geconditioneerd voor 10 personen. We hebben echter een bijzonder groot aantal onvolkomenheden en problemen waargenomen.
-hevig lekkende airco in de woonkamer,waardoor één van ons uitgleed op de natte vloer en pijnlijk gekneusde ribben kreeg.
-groot aantal (5) lampen kapot
-geen keukendoeken
-Boiler kapot, geen warm water pas op de derde dag 's avonds gerepareerd
-elektrisch koffiezetapparaat niet aanwezig. Deze zaken zijn uiteindelijk door eigenaar opgelost,maar
-rolluiken lopen heel stroef,veel kracht nodig
-afdekplaatjes 2 stopcontacten in woonkamer ontbreken(gevaarlijk voor kinderen)
-2 kapotte raampjes in binnendeur
-persoonlijke dingen van de eigenaar in lades en kasten
-2 binnendeuren met grote waterschadeplekken
-de waterafvoer van de airconditioner in een van de kamers gaat via een fles achter deur die je regelmatig moet legen, anders een natte vloer
-op(zonnige)terras geen zonnescherm of parasol
-geen gebruiksaanwijzingen
-gordijnen ontbreken in 2 slaapkamers
-TV in een slaapkamer aanwezig, geen aansluitkabels
-Turksbad en jacuzzidouche, zie omschrijving, niet aanwezig
-hoe kan je hier verblijven met 10 pers. met 1 eettafel met 6 stoelen en 1 bank?
-en maar 4 zitplaatsen op het terras
-badkamers kunnen niet op slot
Het appartement voldoet zeker niet aan de beschrijving van de website. Heel veel onderhoud dient te gebeuren. Foto’s aanwezig.
