Perfectly located modern apartment with great host. Would have been a 5 star review were it not for the noise from restaurants and bars in same street keeping a family member awake most nights until the early hours.No problem if you're sleeping in the bedroom at rear of property, but if in the lounge area where extra fold out bed is situated, unless the noise generated from the hussle and bussle of being in such a location is not an issue you may need to consider this, at leat in peak season.

The apartment is of superior quality and has everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. This property was very well located right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the old town. Central to plenty of bars and quality restaurants. There was a reception which was manned throughout the day and the very pleasant gentlemen would help and advise in any way you requested. We will definitely return to Arenal Suites.

THe property was very central and in a safe area as it was very busy. We had everything we needed to cook etc but it was very loud outside at night as it’s over a restaurant/ bar.

Abdel was very helpful and was able to facilitate easy check in. Fantastic base for holiday. Situated in old town with many great restaurants nearby. The prime location allowed us easy access to all the main sites, beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are great. I would highly recommend.

Excellent experience for me and my family after a nightmare in Paris and Barcelona.
