We stayed here for a week it was a lovely place very clean and smart. Close to the beach and town. The breakfast was lovely the hot food could be a bit warmer. but it was really nice. The staff are so helpful, we would definitely stay here again. A little bit of advice don't go to Tarbca Island is a waste of money. it takes 1.15hrs to get there. and once you are there the beach is just mud and rock with a few places to eat. and you have to wait till for 4.30 fir the first boat to get home, a waste of a whole day. stay in Alicante it mush nicer.

We visit Alicante a lot and generally stay more towards the 'older' part of town however it does get very noisy so we decided to try somewhere a little further away from the beach and marina, hence the stay in the Abba Centrum. It is a very nice, comfortable, clean hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are a good size, bathrooms have good facilities such as complimentary products, hairdryer (decent one), nice towels, good shower, good air conditioning. The only other thing to note it that although there is ample hanging space there is not many shelves for clothes. The fridge is well stocked with water - but you could put in your own beer/drinks as there is an excellent supermarket just across the road (it doesn't look very big from the outside but like a tardis on the inside!). The hotel has a good gym, small but perfectly formed, a nice sun terrace on the 8th floor and a nice looking bar although we never got to it during our stay. It is a 15 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and beach, so they are close enough, and far enough for a quiet good nights sleep so you get the best of both. It is also close to the bus stops for the Airport. One final important thing, if like us you tend to try and make the most of your last day and want to enjoy the sunshine for as long as you can, you can extend your room until 6pm for 15 euros.... I think that's a bargain. We are going back to Alicante in September and have again booked the Abba Centrum, looking forward to it.

The hotel was extremely nice and clean, it could literally not have been any cleaner! The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was really good. The room was cozy and spacious. And the hotel is only a short walk from the beach and the old town, and el corte inglés and other shopping is just a street away!

Staying here at the moment and the hotel is spot on, very very clean, smart and modern, lovely breakfast with loads to choose from. Hotel is about 20 mins walk to the beach and only a few minutes stroll to the shops, would definitely stay here again as it's fab, beware of boat trips to Tabarca island it was 20 euros each for the 1.5hour trip only to find a dirt packed beach no sand just dirt and rocks, water was lovely and clear but so is the rest of the med also getting on the boat back is an absolutely nightmare!!!

Excellent location in Alicante. Hotel have their own underground car park directly to the right of the hotel. After asking TA member a question (thanks cb) I decided to go in the public car park directly to the left of the hotel. I found this car park to not have those narrow twisting ramps & was able to park with no problem, 29 euros for two days. Somehow Booking.com had cancelled our reservation for the weekend, luckily the hotel did have a vacancy for the two nights. Receptionist Mano was very helpful & professional . We were in room 314, with a bare balcony, overlooking bedroom windows & a small courtyard with water fountains. Not very nice, I found the outlook quite gloomy & depressing. The room was clean, & kept that way by housekeeping during our stay. I found the centrum bar area lacking in ambience / atmosphere, wine measures for price seemed rather small also. Breakfast, good choice, average price for this type of hotel. The "supposed" hot food...no. Typical luke warm buffet food. The next day I'd say the hot buffet was verging on cold to luke warm. BUT..otherwise a good selection of quality food..

Very nice hotel. Spent a week there. Its only 20 min from the airport. Could not fault it all. Immaculate all round. Housekeeper attended everyday. Friendly staff. Beach, shops restaurants are all in easy reach. We ate a lot at the Palmentos Restaurant on the main strip. Very nice food, well looked after and very friendly. Went to Benidorm for the day on the Tram. It took around 50 -60 mins. @ €6.50 return cannot complain. Well worth a visit.

Stayed just one night, but was extremely pleased with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, and breakfast was a joy. Came with car and was offered excellent and safe private parking at just 14 euros per 24 hours.

Great hotel with great staff in a good location easy to walk to from airport bus. Easy walk to the old town and beach. Great cafe/bar for breakfast on the corner before the hotel, or have it in the cafe/bar in the park near the hotel. Stayed on the 8th floor only complaint I would have was bed, it was an ordinary double size not king or queen size

The hotel is 5' walking distance from Renfe Train Station, near the main shopping area, 1,5 km far from the central beach. The room is spacious. Breakfast should be included in the room rate. The hotel is neat, the only point is that the lift is too slow for such a small hotel.

Great hotel location. Well Presented clean adequate equipped rooms. Only downside no tea or coffee facility in room. May have just been an oversite. Surprised that room was ready for early check in. Worth a visit in a great city.
