Overpriced for its quality. Not a 5 stars hotel by any mean. I wouldn't even give it a 4 star hotel. Received our hotel 1 hour after our arrival. Very slow to provide u with any service. Room facilities r very poor and not well maintained. Room wasnt that clean and i have a toddler who was picking everything from the ground. Lobby wasn't clean either. Lots of dead mosquitos and insects that were by the window, which also my son was picking while we were waiting 4 our check in. Suddenly the TV remote stopped functioning and when tried to operate it from the TV itself it just went crazy by just pressing the same button. Used wall electricity plug and 10 min later, it stopped working. All that and i didn't even spend the night yet. Not a hotel to recommend nor to visit again.

I went with family to the restaurant of this Hotel for dinner because it was close destination. Service is good, food is good. Don't see it is something special. Ordinary restaurant sea view site. The advantage of this location is the open parking.

Stayed for one night as part of a tour. Stayed in room 1315, almost as far as you can get from reception. Hotel is on the seaside of a very busy road. But then, every road in Egypt is busy. Hotel is on the shores of the Mediterranean sea. Has a nice private beach. Room overlooked the beach and sea, so close you could hear the waves. Room was large and everything in good condition. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was included. Felt I spent half my time finding the food items, maybe just me. All in all a nice hotel.

The gym is a disgrace. It says "state of the art", HA! Not viable for training of any kind. And the changing room was locked. The rooms are old and you have to pay for a modem to take to your room for internet that is intermittent. You have to walk quite a ways if your room is on the far side of the property. Breakfast is low on options for Westerners.

We were given rooms in the far section of this very large hotel, which lines a private, arc- shaped Mediterranean beach. I believe the section was in the 90s, three floors. Mediterranean surf was pounding out a welcome. The "room" turned out to be suite size. Just amazingly lovely. Wide panaramic views from inside the living room or from the balcony . Every amenity possibe . Huge, luxurious bed with crisp linen. Fluffy cotton bathrobe and slippers for after shower or from the insuite jacuzzi. Tea/ coffee easily made after a hottub soak! I mutinied ahaving to checkout the next morning. This was one happy camper. You'll understand when you stay!! Even though it was late January, it was a wonderful afternoon and night. Marvellous breakfast included. Come here in summer and you may never want to leave.

I checked in on the 25 Jan 2018, my initial experience was that no one is answering the phone as I wanted to inform the hotel that I will check in late. On arrival I had a very nice and easy check in as it didn’t even take 5 min, the two room I booked were upgraded into suites which was more than expected. It’s was a very rainy but and I had Kids with me but we had to walk to the other side of the hotel to reach the room and this was the bad experience they didn’t have any way of access to the room expect walking in rain and wind. Room was very good, breakfast was good but with not so much variety and check out was also very fast and easy. I would recommend this hotel but I would request a room near the reception if I am booking in winter.

+ Very friendly and supportive staff + Excellent Location + Nice view - Rooms in real need for maintainance - Had concerns on the cleaning - My room was a connected one, with a door separating the other room. I was hearing the voice of neighboring guest and suppose they were hearing mine. This was wasn't comfortable at all :( Average food quality Some rooms have bad view and barely see the sea so you lose the main hotel benifit ... Avoid at any cost. Parking costs 20 EGP daily. Good price

Hotel is in a very good location; with sea-view with an actual private beach. Rooms are clean, bathroom was clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was good too with a good variety to choose from. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Parking inside premises with a fee. Everything was good. My only concern was that the room's interior and the stained curtain did not feel like more than a 3 or 4 star hotel.

The hotel location is magnificent but the product maintenance in low level. Bathrooms, furniture, painting. . Breakfast is OK , staff are good. Overall the accommodation was OK. My advice to start fix.

A nice hotel is a fantastic location on the Mediterranean with wonderful views. Hotel is nice, getting older so needs some updating. Beach, pool, rooms, all clean and well kept. Free loofa and slippers were provided, a first for me :-). Food was good, service was good.
