It was a nice day on the beach .. We selected this hotel especially due to its nice beach as the beaches in Alexandria are very crowded .. Otherwise every thing was normal and unimpressive as the rate was high for a day use . But I think that a residence in a room is very good idea and one of my plans as the view of the rooms is very spectacular 😃
It was good day about.. it’s very close to sea which is the best , the sea is not clean , pool is good , we didn’t experienced food or rooms .. day use suppose to be cabin included like the most of the good hotels
The hotel is very elegant, customer service is excellent, beach is so good for little kids no waves or hard rocks. The food is good but I only tried the beach cafe not the dine in restaurants. The pool is a decent sized one but does not have special area for little ones.
We were in a tour group and they upgraded us to a suite. The rooms were lovely, absolutely no complaints. The suite had a beautiful sea view and also overlooked the pool. It was the biggest bed I have ever seen and afforded a great nights sleep. Staff were friendly, courteous and not over bearing. Overall a terrific experience.
Beautiful hotel with magnificent view Pool 🏊 was good , beach 🌊 was quite good with privacy It is a lot of cafes there Iftar Ramadan was so delicious 😋 Za3frana cafe on the beach was so so so fantastic but unfortunately you find it in Ramadan only ..
The absolute worst hotel ever I have ever had Starting with the check inn we are family and we booked 4 rooms and they were want to put every room in each floor due to calling the manager he solved the problem but still he made ever two in a floor after this the worst reception ever I called them and ask them can I make order from outside the hotel they told me yes and I asked them how can I received my order they told me from the reception so I told them great and when The delivery came they refused to let him in and when I went to the reception he told u can get ur order from the hotel parking I told him I asked the reception and they told me yes I can take it here so he told me go to the manager and I start shouting they send someone and get my order so I told the manager why all this happened he told me sorry so simply I can say No management Really worst hotel ever
The worst hotel ever do not recommend at all, worst stuff ever - the mini bar was almost broken the rooms smell was very bad, the horrible thing is the stuff before checking out i received a phone call " do not leave the room until you call us and pass by the reception desk" i said okay v then i went to there, i was surprises when one of the receptionists said you must pay for the water u drank in a very bad way i said okay but arent u providing a bottle of water everyday they said no next time if you do not wanna pay you can drink from the tap, i was totaly surprised of the way he was talking then he said you have made some phone calls noting that i did not spend a single second in the hotel i was in a business trip and was in an all day meeting and i explained this the big surprise was tgat he asked about my cell phone and asked me to dial these numbers in front of him to ensure that they are not in my contact list.. Someone entered the room and made some telephone calls while me not being there....the worst two days ever the worst stuff ever
Stayed here on a package tour for one night. Private lagoon beach, water quality was good. All the rooms have views of the Med, it is about 5-6km from the old lighthouse site but it is within 500m of McDonalds KFC and Pizza Hut if your longing such things. The roof top bar/cafe had a nice view and very good service. The room was the cleanest I found in Egypt would stay again
The hotel is nice with good views from the rooms. Room itself was fine. I ended up having room service and the food was very good. Pleasant place to stay with enough around it. Quite a long way into the centre of Alexandria and this could be an time issue if the traffic was as bad as during my stay.
It’s a nice hotel with an amazing view, they have a nice terrace which you can enjoy the view with cup of coffee. The have a nice rooms facing the sea. The service is average, but the location is good .
