This cozy and popular single storey villa is ideally located for those who wish to not only visit Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, but also the ancient medieval town of Alcudia. In each of these towns you will find a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants; all within a few minutes by car.
Tastefully furnished respecting the traditional style of the home, the open-plan living/dining room has direct access to a covered terrace which, in turn, communicates directly with a beautiful garden with swimming pool.
