'Alcudia Spring' is a cosy apartment for couples, but also a perfect option for families with children looking for beeing in a quiet atmosphere, with swimming pool just downstairs (Big Pool and Small Pool for children), and to have a beauty and safe beach at only 100 meters.



The apartment is settled on the 4th floor with elevator. There is a double bedroom with plenty of light, a bathroom, a light lounge with a sofabed, a hall with flat TV, AC, satellite TV and free WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped and it is open to the dining area.



There is a balcony-terrace with a pair of hammocks and an outdoor table with some chairs to enjoy the views to the swimming Pool, the Port of Alcudia and the beach of the Bay of Alcudia.

The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the manina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accesible from the beach path. You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba,...., restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.



The marina of Puerto Alcudia is a just 200 meters away. There you can have a nice walk watching small traditional fishermen boats and modern luxury yachts. There´s also a handcrafts market set up every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby you´ll find the beach of Alcanada, one of the nicest beaches in Northern Mallorca.



There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia.



If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. There are plenty of hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...

Im Winter auch sehr gut

Nett. Bis auf die Baustelle. Das Apartment genau oberhalb wurde renoviert. Jeden Morgen ab 8.30h war das sehr laut hörbar.Das Internet zum Laufen zu bringen war ein Rätselspiel. Die Kontaktinformationen dazu waren leider falsch. Aber im Apartment habe ich dann einen Zettel mit den richtigen gefunden.
