Villa Isabella – Luxury Villa for Families up to 10 Guests
Villa Isabella comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families. In addition to the private outdoor swimming pool, the villa features a fully equipped games room with a pool table, table football and a PS3 console with a selection of games.
All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions and all TVs in the villa have access to Netflix. Fast and reliable fibre optic connection provides excellent coverage throughout the house and gardens. There is also a small dedicated work space, ideal for remote working or studying.
Living & Dining Areas
Living Room
The spacious living room comfortably accommodates 10 guests, distributed across three leather sofas. It features a large flat-screen smart television with access to Portuguese terrestrial channels and Lazer TV through the Lazer application, which includes a selection of English channels.
From the living room and dining area, three sets of double doors provide direct access to the rear garden, creating a bright and open space.
Games Room
Perfect for teenagers, the games room includes a pool table, table football, a PS3 with various games and a selection of board games. There is also an L-shaped sofa bed, which can accommodate 1 to 2 younger guests, upon request.
Kitchen & Dining Room
The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes an integrated dishwasher, combination oven and microwave, induction hob, American-style fridge with freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. A wide service opening connects the kitchen to the contemporary dining table with metal top, with capacity for up to 10 people.
The kitchen also has direct access to the outdoor barbecue area.
A separate laundry room features a washing machine, tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms
The villa has four elegantly decorated bedrooms, all with private bathrooms (with shower or bathtub). Each bedroom includes a flat-screen television with Blu-ray player and access to online content, dual air conditioning/heating, wall heaters and a hairdryer.
Master Suite
Located at the rear of the villa with views over the south-facing garden, the Master Suite features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe with dressing table and a spacious private bathroom with shower and double sinks. Two sets of double doors provide direct access to the upper terrace.
Bedroom 2
Also situated at the rear of the house, Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, large built-in wardrobes and a private bathroom with bidet. This bedroom also has direct access to the upper terrace.
Bedroom 3
Located at the front of the villa, Bedroom 3 can be configured as twin (two single beds) or double (king-size bed). It includes a wardrobe area and private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 4
Similar to Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4 can be configured as twin or double king-size and has a wardrobe area and private bathroom with shower.
Outdoor Areas
The private pool measures 11 m x 4 m, with a constant depth of 1.4 m. Pool heating is available year-round via heat pump, with a minimum notice of 3 days required, at an additional cost of €70 per day (minimum per stay: €490). The temperature is well maintained when the pool cover is used. The pool heating system raises the temperature by approximately 3°C to 5°C more than an unheated pool.
The pool area is surrounded by a garden with rocks and lawn, with sun loungers for 8 guests and 4 parasols for shade. There is also an outdoor table tennis table.
Beyond the parking area, there is a wildflower zone bordered by olive trees, almond trees and citrus trees, with open agricultural fields beyond the property boundary.
Outdoor Dining & Terraces
Next to the kitchen there is a brick barbecue, accompanied by a large rattan dining table with glass top and armchairs for 10 people. This area is shaded by two shade sails.
The lower terrace, covered, offers a cooler refuge, with two small side tables and seating. The upper terrace is the ideal spot for a peaceful coffee at sunrise, with a small black low table and two chairs.

Municipal Tourist Tax
Albufeira Town Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount should be paid a few days before arrival and is not included in the rates shown on the website. We kindly ask that you take this cost into consideration when making your booking.
Pool and Garden Maintenance:
To ensure that the pool and garden are kept in the best condition, periodic maintenance may be carried out during your stay. Technicians may briefly access only the external areas of the property to carry out this work. No access to the interior of the accommodation will be necessary.
