This is a decent place to stay. It has carpet in the rooms instead of hard finishes and they allow pets so there were some slight stains in the carpet but overall it was clean and the staff upon check in were very nice.

Evacuating from Spokane (with a cat) due to the fires was no easy feat. It was a revelation to discover that the term “pet friendly” does not often apply to cats but mainly dogs. Going south to Pullman offered both wonderful accommodations at the Coast Hilltop and very friendly, caring staff! My only issue was that the room next to me had a very anxious whining dog! Pass the Prozac please… and let’s not discriminate against a calm quiet cat! Thankfully this hotel did not.😻
