At the heart of the mountain in the Prat-de-Bouc sector, at the foot of the ski lift, we offer you this superb duplex located on the ground floor of the Grange des Roches residence. It can accommodate 4 people.

It has a living room with TV and a 140x200 sofa bed, open to a dining area and an equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, top refrigerator, microwave that does oven cooking, dishwasher, citrus press, raclette machine...).

You will also be able to enjoy a sleeping area upstairs in a mezzanine with 1 bed in 140x190. A large bathroom with shower and toilet will be at your disposal.

In the entrance, a large storage closet will allow you to store your belongings.

The central heating is gas-fired.

From this superb duplex, you will have ground-floor access to the garden to enjoy the outdoors where garden furniture will be available.

You will be able to use a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, broom, products...) is provided as well as an iron and ironing board and a drying rack.

You will also find right next to the building, the Buron de Prat de Bouc to eat and taste our Auvergne specialties.

All shops and services are located in Murat, a village 10 km from this accommodation.
