Nice hotel with modern, cozy lobby and dining area. The breakfast spread was notably good. Solid customer service. The only quirks were the sink design (low height and tended to spray) and loud AC unit. Great location near the river, RPI, and downtown retail and restaurants. Highly recommended overall!

The overall lobby and breakfast area was cluttered. seating area cushions were dirty, stained and under the cushions was extreme amount of food crumbs. No milk for coffee or cereal. Returned in evening to no hot water for a shower.

Great location to everything you’d want in TROY. Steps away from the Riverwalk with access to several waterfront restaurants. Bus stop right outside property. Location, location, location. Large assortment for breakfast (included). Fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes, burritos, eggs, bacon, links, potatoes, bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, juice, all the toppings you could think of. Top notch. Great for hotel quality. Only thing I didn’t like was no coffee pot in room, but so many shops nearby.
