The hotel has a weird feel. no elevators and the rooms smell like old man shaving cream. The beds did not have soft and hard pillows, only hard pillows.

Kind of a weird location, but a very nice experience at the hotel.

Quick and easy check in. Adequate WiFi. Decent Breakfast. Clean, quiet.

Wonderful. Only thing was the mattress was very soft and mushy.

THIS WAS A VERY CLEAN HOTEL. WE WENT JUST TO CHECK OUT THE AREA FOR HUNTING. MY HUSBAND HUNTS IN LEEDS AND WE LOVED THIS HOTEL. VERY CLEAN. ROOM HAD KITCHENETTE. BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. BREAKFAST ROOM WAS VER CLEAN AND A BIG VARIETY. WOULD STAY AGAIN.

Right off the thruway. Rooms are clean lots of parking

Great staff. Very clean. Comfortable. I will be back.

The hotel was modern, clean, friendly and convenient and excellent for the price. We would certainly stay here again.

Wanted something accessible to restaurants Hudson and skiing in the area. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The free continental breakfast was better than I had expected; there was a broader selection of items, and the dining room was spotless. Great value; would stay there again.

My family recently stayed here. The lobby was well done, the room was small but clean. Breakfast was so-so. Made good use of the pool and the hot tub. The only drawback was that it has multiple stories and didn't have an elevator so luggage has to be carried up/down the stairs.

We paid about $150/night, it is a little bit pricey therefore we expect something which is worth the money. Pros: 1. Swimming pool: good for kids because that is the only entertainment for them. 2. Good Breakfast, convenient where there are not much choices. Cons: 1. The hallway and stairs are not clean, smelling of mildew and dust. This should have been cleaner. 2. between midnight and 2-3 AM in the morning, the guy staying next to us went in and out, shouting and arguing with someone, and he is probably drunk. We considered that as unfortunate but we were expecting at least the hotel staff should do something about it but it seemed they did not do anything.

After checking in, we were told our room was "up the stairs." We were also told that breakfast was served from 6-9am, but not told where it was served. After we located it the following morning, we determined that there was actually a decent selection of food (for those who shun canned scrambled "eggs". Staff was slightly friendly. Our room was very clean and attractively decorated. However, there was a used towel hanging in the bathroom upon our arrival!! Everything in the room worked properly. Our warning: the walls are very thin and we heard each and every noise, including the children and parents running down the hall at 2am, yelling and slamming their doors. Also, highway noise is very noticeable on that side of the hotel. I could recommend this hotel with the above information in hand.

Sitting in the hottub for more than 5 minutes your eyes will start burning, but that's due to the chlorine. Nice poll and hottub area. Decent breakfast.

It may be a stretch to say that it doesn't get any better, but this was definitely the best mattress I've ever slept on and the room was very very clean, well supplied with toiletries and towels, and with a fridge and microwave. It is a Best Western, not a Ritz Carlton, so are amenities that we don't have, but for an economical room, this could not have been better. I had the same experience at the Best Western in Framingham MA, so I'm likely to try BW's in the future.

On night travel this site needs a brighter sign or lighting to indicate its location.

The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. Great stay

Perfect for 1 night stay at nearby camp. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and it was a great launching point to get to the camp.

The beds were good for the price we paid Room wasn't ultra new but alright. This hotel certainly needs to be lighted up at night coz we can't figure out where to get in..they have to put a big visible board outside on route 9 west

The room was outfitted fairly well with a 'frig, microwave, a table and chairs but no desk. The desk and breakfast staff were very friendly. The only complaint was that I could hear every word being spoken by guests walking down the hall and in the room next to mine that shared a door. I could also hear the highway noise through the window, so if you are sensitive to such noise, you should ask for a room facing 9W, not Route 87.

We were in town for a family reunion and spent most of our time away from this hotel, but it was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was way beyond "Continental" - including waffles, eggs, and sausage, and the woman in the dining room was constantly cleaning up the tables, making us feel that cleanliness was important to them. But most importantly, although no smoking is allowed in rooms, the person before us had obviously smoked and there was a distasteful odor when we walked in. Even though the hotel was almost fully booked at the time, the person at the desk not only believed us immediately and apologized, but sent someone up within 5 minutes to take us to our new room down the hall and place a large fan in the offending room. This kind of service and care rarely happens in a hotel within this price range, and assures that if we return to the area, we would definitely stay there again.

Dear Mark Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Our rooms are newly painted and renovated with new carpet and case goods-I apologize if that had anything to do with your review. Thank you
