We had a great time and would stay again. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more! The kids really enjoyed the pool table. The host was very prompt in responding to and fixing any issues that came up. I highly recommend staying especially if you are planning on visiting White Sands National Park as it is such a short drive away.

this house had so many little touches that made it ideal for our stay! I loved the little cocktail station. it has a pool table, dart boards, card games, board games, and outside there is a real wood burning firepit and a ringer dart board (you might miss this, look at the alien's hand for the rubber rings.) the room with two beds also has a very cool little astronaut that is a charger and galaxy lamp! beds were very comfortable and the house was nice and cool. the kitchen was nicely equipped. the coffee pot is a hybrid one side is keurig and the other is a traditional coffee pot with tea bags, k pods, and coffee grounds, sugar and creamer provided! there was also bottle water available (maybe from the host maybe from previous guest?) much appreciated. I absolutely loved the sofa in the living room, it has two ottomams so you can really accommodate a lot of people or configure it so that you can spread out comfortably and snuggle with your honey. the host was very responsive and checked in on us as well via message. the neighborhood is beautiful I enjoyed going for a walk. I would definitely stay again. if I had to pick anything negative I would say it is the house next door. they have chickens which I have lived next door to this situation before but when it rains the smell is not too pleasant. but even with that I would pick this place to stay again!! it is close to the gas station, stores, restaurants etc

So glad we stayed here! Our host was awesome, super easy to reach and really helpful whenever we needed anything. The house had such a fun vibe, and I loved how open and spacious it was. There were plenty of spots to hang out, so we were never on top of each other, and the house offered different things to do so no one was ever bored. The bedrooms were cozy and worked out perfectly for us. Great location too! This will definitely be my go to property whenever I’m back in Alamogordo.

What a wonderful property, and a fantastic host!We came to Alamogordo to visit family, so we didn’t spend a ton of time here, but it was well appointed and very spacious :)I wish we’d had a chance to use the pool table!

Fun options to keep you away from the TV

Overall we found this to be a very retro styled and clean property with all the appliances and kitchen accessories we needed. But, this property had a lot of small perks that made a big difference. It included a lot of activities/games like pool, darts, and corn hole. We found ourselves spending hours of our time in the house teaching our son to play pool which was so much better than just sitting in front of a TV. Now I want all my rentals to have a pool table!It was also very conveniently located to get to White Sands National Park in just under 30 minutes. The location felt like a quiet and comfortable neighborhood.

Weekend getaway

The house was really nice & the location was perfect because it was 4 minutes from where my son lives. The kitchen is amazing & so is the backyard. The owner was extremely nice & responds to your questions quickly.
