Najgorszy hotel w jakim byłem, tragiczna obsługa

Hotel jako sam budynek nie był zły, natomiast ORGANIZACJA, oraz personel to tragedia. Zacznę od plusów, ponieważ jest ich mniej: - dość ładny pokój, - dobra lokalizacja, - cicha klimatyzacja, I to tyle.... Minusy: - zgubili rezerwację, która była wykupiona i z góry placona przez hotels.com, - obsługa nie rozmawia po angielsku, - po rządaniu rozmowy z managerem (telefonicznej, ponieważ nie było go na obiekcie), recepcjonistka powiedzial: You call. Po czym dał mi numer, -po rozmowie z managerem dali mi klucz do pokoju, ale wieczorem 2 razy prosili o podejście do lobby, - słabo wyciszone pokoje, nie mogłem spać poprzez krzycząc dzieci kilka pokoi dalej, - pokój z widokiem sea view, okazał się pokojem z widokiem na stronę zatoki, na budynek który został wybudowany pomiędzy hotelem, a zatoką. - o godzinie 23.55 do pokoju zaczął dobijać się jeden z pracowników, dał mi kartkę, na której pisało łamaną angielszczyzna, że nie wysłałem jakiegoś maila. Jakiego, nie był w stanie mi powiedzieć, ponieważ nie mówił po angielsku!!! - rano poprosiłem o śniadanie, po 30 min musiałem się przypomnieć ponieważ zapomnieli. - śniadanie w opisie widniało jako kontynentalne, natomiast to co dostaliśmy nie nadawało się do zjedzenia. Dwa placki chleba arabskiego z supermarketu, plus 2 dzemy, paskudne w smaku, kilka plasterkow warzyw oraz jakąś potrawę, która smierdzila na pół metra. Generalnie nie tknąłem tego paskudztwa. NIE POLECAM TEGO HOTELU.

خدمات جداً سيئة لدرجة مافيه مناشف للغرفه !! وعمالتهم فيهم شحاذه بأسلوب غريب تعطيه فلوس مايرجع الباقي يسكت واذا طلبت الباقي قال مامعي !! تأخر في الشيك اوت مع العلم اني طالع قبل الوقت بساعات يعني ماعندهم زحمه

الفندق ممتاز مقابل كورنيش،الخبر الغرفة كانت ممتازه ونظيفه مطله على البحر السرير كبير ومريح الاستقبال ممتاز للاسف لا يوجد مطعم بالفندق في الحجز كتب شامل افطار صباحي اوروبي لكن يتم الاتصال على الكفتيريا ويتم ارسال الفطور الى الغرفه وهو افطار بسيط جدا عباره عن كاس شاي وحبات زيتون وقطع خيار وطماطم وقليل من الجبن والخبز وبيضه. يوجد غلاية ماء ومايكروايف بالغرفه.
