➢ Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras and touch sensors on the windows and doors.
☛ Camera 1 is located on the front door facing the entrance.
☛ Camera 2 is located in the backyard.
☛ Camera 3 is located on the left side entrance with two gates.
☛ Camera 4 is located on the right side entrance with one gate.

➢ Garage is not available. Driveway parking up to 9 vehicles.

➢ We only provide initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels etc. Guest need to be responsible for their own supplies after initial set is depleted

➢ During winter months, set the thermostat to a minimum level (usually around 18-21 degrees Celsius) to avoid excessive heating. In summer, set the air conditioning to a reasonable level to save energy.

➢ If stay over a week, need guest to push and pull trash can. Trash day is Wednesday, so push out Tuesday and pull back on Wednesday
If stay shorter than a week, put trash in garage or trash bin outside.
