Outdoor space on the road side. Street parking available. Accommodation located opposite a primary school. This cozy and bright ground-floor apartment, dating from 1936, is ideal for a city break just 2 km from Lake Bourget. Located in a quiet residential area, it features a south-facing outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the sun.
