LA Sapinette - AIX LES Bains
Triplex cottage located in a house adjoining another accommodation (occupied year-round), comprising on the ground floor (independent access from outside): a kitchen (fireplace not usable) and dining room. 1st floor: a bathroom (shower and WC), a living room with television (a sofa bed for 2 people 140x190 cm) including an integrated mezzanine with space in the living room (1 double bed 160x200 cm with memory foam mattress). Gravelled terrace. Private outdoor space 300 m². Located in a residential area, this cottage allows you to walk to the beach of the lake (about half an hour), to take the bus to reach the city center (bus stop 300 m) or to radiate by car to visit the region. A successful renovation with beautiful beams and exposed stone walls, combining modernity and the character of an old bourgeois house. Parking is either on the street in front of the house or inside the property.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a travel crib. Housekeeping is available on request.
