Se escucha todo del bar de enfrente, la cama muy dura y las almohadas súper incómodas, aparte de que por la mañana se escuchan las camaristas con sus carcajadas, el desayuno “Buffete” que incluye solo hay cereal 1 fruta, frijoles y totopos con salsa que por cierto se acaban súper rápido y tardan media hora en rellenar

Al solicitar la factura ya que se pagó con tarjeta de débito de la empresa se negaron a darnos la factura por la cantidad que se pago que fue $1947.12 argumentando que Expedia debia hacernos la factura correspondiente y no el hotel ,por lo tanto debido a esta mala experiencia solicitamos a la brevedad aExpedia se nos facilite la factura correspondiente ya que la empresa requiere la factura para cotejarla con el pago que ya se hizo. la habitación limpia, amplia y muy cómoda. El internet funciona muy bien y la tv por cable también. El aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección. El baño esta limpio y cuenta con agua caliente disponible en todo momento. EL personal es muy amable y el estacionamiento es amplio y no batallamos por encontrar lugar. 100% recomendable. En la parte alta del hotel hay un restaurante cubano delicioso!!!

Les reserve a mis papás y quedaron fascinados por la atención del personal, muy céntrico y con todos los servicios, el desayuno incluido me comentaron que es increíble la variedad de comida y muy buen sazón, el cuarto contaba con un pequeño refrigerador que les ayudó mucho a mis padres guardas líquidos y comida para la noche, en general pasaron una agradable estancia en la ciudad.
