On a fruit farm full of breadfruit year round and seasonal mango, avocado, banana, tropical almond, monkeypod, jackfruit and more. Cook your own hand picked bread fruit in the modern stainless kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and two burner cook top. The open walled kitchen pass thru allows entertaining fun as your meal is passed onto the unique cedar wood river bar tops - hand built from cedar wood and local sea shells. Just outside the kitchen on the authentic traditional balcony is a propane barbeque grill and beautiful view of the surroundings which include an oil palm forest and authentic architecture-in the distance. There you will find the outside dining area with a large table. The living room has wonderful sunset views through two enormouse picture windows one pointed over the Playuela Preserve boasting a genuine leather couch and large smart TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large wall mounted smart tv with windows facing the fruit farm to the north and east. The guest bedroom has a designer bunk bed with full mattress on top and a twin bed below. Each bed has its own window which can be opened to the sound of the waves only 700 meters away. The bathroom shower is wonderful with blue pebble stone tile from floor to the ceiling and two showerheads, one rain water. There is a balcony on the front of the house where dive gear and surfboards can be locked behind the authentically Puerto Rican iron gates facing the Playuela Preserve across the street. The back yard meanders a full half cuerda up the hill with three gardens of fruit trees including mango, avocado and 30+ year round breadfruit trees. There are no neighbors on any side of the property, to the south is a large grass field and traditional houses stretching up a hillside covered in palm tree farms. Directly across the paved road that leads to ample off street parking for up to four cars is the Playuela Preserve where trails lead to many oceanfront destinations including the surf beach of The Mix and the diving beach they call Pena Blanca. Trails lead to Wilderness Beach and the natural preserve to the North. Complete privacy. The only sounds you might here are rustling of the many iguanas in the trees, the thousands of song birds surrounding the preserve, the occasional wild chickens that roam and the two female dogs that live on this hillside and bark at any lost surfers that find their way down to the end of our road. The outdoor conch shell shower with hot and cold water is an amazing place to rinse off the salt water, with a board rack for convenience. The Closest house to Wilderness for surfing. Five minutes from Pena Blanca for diving (two masks and fins included), minutes to Wishing Wells and the Wilderness Trails. Ten minutes from Surfer's Beach, Crash Boat Beach, Downtown Aguadilla and BQN airport.
