Not in the best part and not advised in posting exactly where it’s located. Convenient due to price and if you need a quick stay but not something I would recommend. The shampoo was half filled, the room had roaches.

La propiedad no se ve mal , Pero no olía muy bien, las sábanas se veían que no las habían cambiado(olían mal y estaban en mal estado de mala calidad , muchos grumos que picaban al acostarte) Tuvimos que tenderle las sábanas para poder dormir ya que llegamos de madrugada y no había a quien reclamar. El anfitrión nos dio buenas instrucciones para entrar. Pero deberían ponerle mas atención a las camas ya que uno llega cansado de viaje y quisiera descansar en una cama limpia

Fantastic find, central to crash boat and other tourist areas. Host was so accommodating. Met janitorial staff who where cleaning new door unit. Villa Mar, was warm, accommodating and so kind. Definitely a return visitor!

This property is okay if you need a place to crash before or after a flight but it is not a place you would want to spend an entire vacation at. There was black mold in the shower and no hot water. There is a giant pile of debris in the back yard. The sheets on our bed were not clean. That being said it was logistically convenient and the communication from the property was okay.
