It was quiet, clean and comfortable. I think the photo shown on the Expedia website is a little misleading as it shows what looks like a pool but is actually a spa. There is only one spa and that is for the deluxe suite. It is positioned a fair way from the beach - about a 10 min walk which takes longer on the way back because it is all up hill. Also there is nowhere to prepare food in the room and there is no dining area within walking distance. However despite this, we had a really lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was fabulous. There are also some fantastic restaurants about a 10 min drive away that are near the water. It was not far from the Valley of the Temples so was very convenient. I would stay there again but you really do need a car.

Beautiful view in a modern setting.

Terrazze Naos is located high on a hill which provided stunning views of the Mediterranean from our patio. Our room was comfortable and very well equipped. The breakfast was good and the staff serving it very friendly. The hotel is very quiet and secure. A security fob is needed to enter the property. When following the directions our navigation app had us turn up a very steep hill, Via Giovanni Fattori. At one point the wheels on my car were slipping at its steepest point. This can be easily avoided. If your app suggests this hill and you are uncomfortable with it, pass it and keep driving until you are rerouted to Via Ferdinando Magellano and then Via Enrico IV. This way to the hotel property is a much easier drive. I like to take long walks and observed a car giving up and backing back down the hill. On one of my walks I found a nearby restaurant located on the main road belowTerrazze Naos, and made a reservation. Oceanomare is located on Viale delle Dune. The food and wine were very good and the setting on the sea was nice. Despite the hill, this was one of our favorite and most impressive views of our two week trip. I highly recommend staying here.

Although in order for me to write this review I needed to check stars, the place maybe be upstaged for many. We’re unable to give a review as we decided not to stay here. Upon arriving we realized 1 the guesthouse is over 15 miles away from Agrigento and even outside the village of San Leone. The place is not near any restaurants and requires a car to go anyway / which would be at least 4 to 5 miles away. Our wonderful cab driver told us he has heard the place is beautiful and I’m sure it being on the coast it is indeed. I do think the host needs to much more clear on property description. A car suggestion is NOT enough. The description should include distance on miles from main towns , there is no restaurant within walking distance and taxis rides one way are $20.

This is a very nice property at the top the hill - spectacular ocean views over looking the Strait of Sicily. The beach is a short easy walk, not crowded and swimming is excellent. The beach is exposed so wavy - San Leone Beach is not far and walkable for swimming inside the breakwater - more crowded. There are a number of dining options that are walkable i.e. La Terza, Bellupo, Dune, Oceanomare… There is Uber service available Agrigento & San Leone as well as Taxi - so, having a car is not absolutely necessary if you are keen to walk. There are no grocery shops near so, stock up before you arrive. WIFI at the property in poor and unreliable even so, so is the cell network in general - not entirely the property’s fault. If you get two bars in San Leone count your self lucky. Aside from the WIFI issues, the A/C under performs. Nonetheless the property is an outstanding choice overall, clean and well maintained newer construction.

Plus: Property is brand new. Cons: Air conditioning did not get cold enough for our kids and we asked for them to turn it down more. Coffee was very good. Kids thought the breakfast should have included waffles or pancakes since we paid extra for it. Bedding was hard. No fan in the bathroom or vents were not working well enough. Views of the sea are really nice. Staff at breakfast were very nice. Place is super clean.

They charged us 40 Euros for breakfast for 1 day for 4 people. Apparently it was not included in our price. There was no hairdryer in my room but the owner gave me a code to take it from the room opposite.

We had a great stay at Terrazze Naos. The view from our room was amazing. The staff was exceptional and very kind, and helped us with all our questions about the area, which improved our trip. The location was right by the beach and just a short drive to essential sites like the Valley of the Temples, San Leone, and Agrigento. The rooms were very comfortable. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and makes us want to return to Sicily every time.

Excellent new property, with a beautiful view and extremely friendly staff. Their dinner recommendations were on the spot, and for breakfast everything was either home made, or fruit harvested from their own property. Forget about the spa in the picture.
