The bedroom and bathroom were hard floored and not well maintained. Room noisy in the night-time due to noises elsewhere in the building. The bar staff were offhand, the breakfast poor and not well staffed either. It is a conference and tour groups hotel I think and all their energies go that way. No real service or standards
This hotel is in a stunning location next to the beach with night markets to make it interesting. Breakfast is abundant and lots to choose from. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is friendly. Great value for a hotel with a pool.
Lovely position right next to the beach with a stunning view and pool ...but so cheap! You can hear whole conversations of the couple next door, really clearly.Have to request tea making services and no shampoo or conditioner in bathroom.Very slippery service of bath if getting in for a shower.I was really concerned. So dangerous.Bathroom a bit mouldy and towels really old and gray.I guess bus groups stay here for a night, but don't book any longer.Luckily I bought shampoo from last hotel Main concern is the noise from next door- thank heaven there were no children. Its embrassing to listen to every word and movement!
This place is adequate for a quick overnight stop on a tour. We were one of four buses that unloaded on this place. The staff does a good job but the shear numbers must be tough on them. Rooms are adequate but you can hear everything next door. Upkeep is fair. Breakfast was OK.
We stayed here for just one night while touring the Agrigento area. The hotel is modern in appearance and seems to be available for large functions. Check in was flawless and our room was a nice size, not huge but comfortable. The hotel was quiet. There is a lovely pool area but it was closed when we arrived so we never got to enjoy it. The dining room is large and well managed. It sits out near the pool area. Dinner was quite nice and we had a choice of 3 different selections for our group. Breakfast was also well arranged and monitored by the staff. Lots of options were available so there was no reason to complain.
We stayed here for one night as part of a CIT Italy tour. The location is perfect but that's about it for 4 star. The room was fair size but the bathroom was full of mould (shower curtain, tiles, ceiling,...) the exhaust did not work, the soap dispensers were difficult to operate, there were lots of mosquitos, the air conditioning did not work (it was cold all night) - I called the reception and they said they would adjust it, but didn't. They can't even get the basics right. Not a good experience, would not stay here again.
A welcome at reception and staff helpful this was just an overnight stop so cannot really comment on location but a bay view from the swimming pool terrace . Evening meal was disappointing and there was a wedding taking place so staff were very busy. The worst part was trying to sleep given the noises coming through from either side we could hear all conversation very clearly.
The hotel is located on the waterfront in Ageigento the rooms are very nice with all expected facilities including a room safe....most staff are friendly, however if you want to swim take a towel from your room or they'll charge you €2 for a towel in addition to the already expensive room price! Life guard by the pool has no customer service or sense of humor! !! Nice location, nice hotel, however expect extra costs.... like a towel by the pool! WtF????
This hotel is 20 minutes by taxi from Agrigento. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was professional. When we were there in early April several restaurants within walking distance were closed -- probably would be a better experience in late spring or summer. Breakfast was mediocre.
Good hotel, with swimming pool and an amazing view specially to view the sunset. It's about 10 minutes away from the Valley of the Temples by taxi (£15.00 each way). The check out is until 10.00am, however they offer to keep luggages for longer if its needed. Breakfast is most continental. The food in the restaurant was good.
