First impressions of the hotel when we arriverdafter a 30 minute private transfer were pretty good. The building is quite old but in good condition. The porters greeted us with a welcoming smile and wheeled our luggage into reception. Once we reached reception our impression immediately changed the staff here ( with the exception of 1 young girl with glasses and brown hair) were surly and actually quite rude. There was an issue as soon as we tried to check in as the man behind reception advised us that we had only booked 3 rooms even though we had booked and paid for 4 (and had the vouchers to prove this). The reason why there were only 3 rooms not 4 changed a number of times ( in one breath we had 2 rooms with 1 person in each and the next was that the 4th room had been booked for 11th April not May??) It took 2+ hours to sort out this issue ( which is all you need after a long flight) and this was thanks to the young girl I mentioned earlier. When we finallh go to our rooms they were clean and modern ( there were a few chips out of the furniture but for the price we paid they were ok). The room had a kettle and a couple of bottles of water ( which were replenished daily) , there was also a fridge and a safe ( you had to pay to use this). There is free Wi-Fi around the hotel which worked pretty well throughout our stay. The first evening we went for dinner at the buffet restaurant, the food was edible but there wasnt much that suited our taste. There are 3 speciality restaurants (Chinese, Morrocan and Thai. We ate in the both the Chinese and Thai which were ok, its nice to have a choice where to eat on an evening. The food was generally ok for this class of hotel in Morroco. Drinks in the hotel werent great, quite often the tonic water was flat. The rose wine was passable but the cocktails were awful. On the morning of our first full day we decided that we would venture to the private area on the beach, unfortunately this does not exist ( even though the hotel suggests that there is this facility on their website). The private beach is an area that the hotel have created within the grounds of the hotel ( similar to a large sandpit) . Disppointed we asked the gentleman who handed out the towels out in this area whether we could move some beds on to the beach he said this was not possible due to the sea coming in too far ( this did confuse us as other hotels have beds on the beach and we never saw the tide come all the way in!). The towel man gave us some towels but then we realised that there was only the sunbeds and no pool at the front of the hotel so we decided that we would sunbathe at the rear of the hotel, as soon as we started walking to this area we were shouted back and told we couldn't use the towels wr had been given at the rear pool area (bizarre). We reluctantly handed back our towels and ventured to the rear pool. Another gentleman gave us a towel and we found 4 sunbeds ( there were ample sunbeds) we put out towels on our beds and realised that the towels only cover half the sunbed which was an issue as the wipeable material became very hot and you stuck to it ( not nice) we asked for another towel each but this request was refused. The staff at the pool bar were lovely and always greeted guests with a smile. The animation staff were amazing and worked all day ensuring guests we happy , they were the main asset to this hotel. We didn't venture to the entertainment on an evening as it isnt our cup of tea but it appeared to be a similar format to the majority of all inclusive hotels. To sum up this hotel for the price we paid it was fine. Staff working in a hotel can make a real difference to a holiday the reception and indoor bar staff were really rude. The pool bar staff, entertainment and the most of the restaurant staff were assets to this hotel I probably would return if the price was right , I hope the management of the hotel read my review and take on board my comments regarding some of the staff.

Currently staying here with family, lovely Hotel with lovely staff and a really good location close to beach. Rooms nice and clean and staff friendly. Food is very good too. Only few issues why I'm giving 3stars, I've been asking for my toilet to be fixed several times and it was fixed after reporting it over 4 attempts after the 5th day of staying! Another issue is at pool time snacks crepes are cold. Otherwise good hotel if you don't mind waiting for repairs.

specially meeting point people name abdallah .. very arrogant and disrespectful and rude.. no respect what so ever .. other staff was ok .. becareful in all inclusive they served pork as well as. all over i wont step in this hotel again even they compensate free stay .. meeting point people i persobally knocked him ou. very bad experience

We visited amadil beach resort from the 16th of April to the 24th. First impression of the resort on appearance was good we arrived around 10 o clock reception were friendly and very accomadating and told us to go to the resturaunt for a late dinner which was great. So we arrived at the resturaunt the food was still out and bits of cleaning was taking place which was fine. I was however very offended and surprised of pork being served with a very helpful illustration of a pig just in case we were unsure of what the dish was. I have travelled to many Muslim countries and have never ever had to worry about pork being served ever in an all inclusive resort package. I really tried my best to avoid that area however i soon realised that pork was served in breakfast, lunch and dinner and was constantly being moved around the buffet area inceasing the risk of cross contamination. Often the same spoon was being used by guests for the pork and then for the rice or whatever was being accompanied with it. Having children with me this was an issue of concern for me and them. I couldnt even raise any concerns with the manager or guest relations because i could never get hold of them. A lot of other guests were adressing the same concerns hence why I am writing this review because i know if i knew this i would not have booked this hotel at all. Some other guests were all concerned and disturbed by the fact of pork being served and nothing being mentioned on the main website. After the food situation i really strugled with eating in the resturaunt and avoided all the meat dishes because of the fear of cross contamination. The rest of the hotel is great and the views are amazing the staff are kind and polite and the general enviroment is good.

Went for a week on an all inclusive package. Hotel was good, disappointed with room service the cleaner never stocked rooms with water or tea milk etc. Buffet was ok pizza and chips were good pepsi wasn't the real thing that was slightly unimpressive. Upsetting at the fact that it is meant to be a halal country but they serve pork and alcohol. Should take their name off the halal website since there is nothing halal about the hotel. On the other hand, a big thanks to Naoufal, the waiter in the buffet restaurant he was extremely polite, helpful and very professional. The parathas were the best served everyday for breakfast. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel moroccan, italian, and thai all were good but italian is a must try!

Me and my husband decided to go to Morocco for all-inclusive 10 days holidays. We chose Atlas Amadil Hotel. Hotel was nice and clean with very helpful staff. The closest beach was less than 20 metres. Inside the hotel is a gift shop with horrendous prices, (there is ‘Shopping Centre’ - 10 mins walk from the hotel). Walking along the Atlantic Ocean there are lots of gifts shops, local restaurants and the Shopping Centre. Inside the hotel there is one main restaurant with buffet all over the world. There are also 3 other restaurants: Moroccan, Thai and Italian, but with booked tables and paid food. We had a room with a pool view. During the day the relaxing music was played. However if someone wants to have a quiet and relaxing holidays I’m not going to recommend room with a pool view. As it was alright during the day, in the evenings to late nights was awful. Across the road is the Night Club. Every single day they played very loud local music, as long as they had customers, sometimes up to 5am. Even when we closed the doors we still could hear them. But with all pros and cons time spent in Agadir was alright.

The animation team were spectacular ... Food was average ...reception and management staff questionable, rude and unhelpful .... Luckily the rest of the staff (including the A Team) were lovely ,helpful, polite ,happy and just amazingly beautiful people. Younes , Abdel , Mido and the rest ... I wish you good luck for the future and thank you for all the great times me and my man had that made our holiday 'ONE TO REMEMBER ' ...inchalla we again x

We are staying at the moment.very disappointed no sun lounger area on beach as stated in description. Also lunchtime after 2 not a great choice but then at 2.55 fresh chips pasta meatballs and pizza. All of this taken away for staff. Not a good show really. On a whole a great place but just needs to sort out the guest before staff sometimes. I book for a beach holiday so not what was stated in brochure so disappointed and would not return without beach beds. Could be great as lovely room and views. Staff good mostly and animation good but not pushy. If you like pool holidays it is great.
