This was a half term holiday in Feb with our three kids 6,8,10 they had a lot of fun. 3* hotel it is and that's what you got. The food was very good in my opinion. plenty on offer and changed everyday ( in the buffet restaurant ) 4 other restaurants on site offer a set menu and soft drinks or wine (no beer) The pools are all clean and presentable. never had a problem getting sun beds and the staff are very helpful. The beach is a short 5 minute walk behind the hotel with a private (hotel) section for guests to lay down on provided beds. evening entertainment could have been longer for the kids 20:00 - 20:30 not that long at all but otherwise a very good hotel for the money. If you book 3* and expect 5* with al la carte food then don't book this book a 5* and get what you pay for!

great hotel in a great location, very good staff, excellent food ,five star service. we will return in the not too distant time. would like to go at Christmas the decorations looked very good on our visit in January

Very disappointing I had previously stayed here 5 years ago, all I can say is what a difference. Not sure if management have changed however it was possibly one of the worse hotels I have ever been to. Yes, I understand it is a 3 star however, that is very inaccurate. When we arrived we were shown to a room, on close inspection I noted balcony door could not be closed and chairs on the balcony were thick with grime grease and hair, as It was late and beds seemed relatively clean we settled to try to sleep, however 10 minutes after going to bed the was boom boom noise it sounded as if the was a boom box right outside of our windows, we then went down to reception and asked to changed room, Suffice to say Reception did eventually agree to change our room but, it was made it abundantly clear that they was not happy in doing so and I was made to feel as I was being unreasonable as I was constantly told that the room I had been allocated was in fact a really quiet room. I did ask that they come to the room to hear the noise. No help was offered by reception or porters to relocate our luggage, even though the place is like a maze and we had difficulty to retrace our steps. Please do not expect to get any sleep as pillows are like lumpy stones, even though I constantly asked for soft pillows, these never arrived!!! Breakfast is limited with French stick, cheese triangles that are dished out on your plate sparingly, as was the ham (if it was ham) Fruit salad look very unappetising one small bowl put out for whole hotel. No other fruit at breakfast, even though there are oranges on trees in garden. Lots of corners have been cut and the amount that is spent on food is minimal and all very tasteless. Waiters spend lots of time chatting to older woman especially ladies on their own. Not very good at cleaning the dirty tables more interested in trying to earn tips instead, not a lot of structure in food halls at all lacked leadership.

This is a cheap and cheerful all inclusive hotel - what we didn't realise was that this and the Caribbean Village are essentially the same hotel and all facilities are the same or can be used by both 'sides'. The hotel is dated and in need of an overhaul but is clean and friendly......far from luxurious, but clean and adequate. If you are looking for high class, it is definitely not for you.....if you are looking for a basic, clean, friendly, adequate environment that gives value for money then it's for you!

Everything in this hotel is broken, fungi growing everywhere. Buffet is the same every day, think I’ll might never want to eat aubergines again. Theme restaurants ate a total joke, the absolute worst is the pizzeria. The pools are freezing cold and even the Moroccan street venders laugh at this place, they petty us for having to stay there. Towels and beds sheets ate raffeld and diety too, didn’t have the stomach to check out the matrasses though.

one of best hotels we ever been. Food is on high level, many, many, many attractions, shows etc. very nice beach owned by hotel with bar on it, free boats, catamaran, kayaks etc to rent from hotel, the rooms as not high level, more like basic, but big and well clean, all inclusive board is realy worth the price visited May 2009

My second visit and was just as good. Yes the animation is cheesy, but it's a good laugh. Give the bar lads a tip and you will get even better service than they already give. Great service and friendly staff all over the complex. I look forward to coming back at Xmas 2019.

one of the best hotels i have stayed in came here as a family holiday and was so impressed, hotel facilities made our holiday so much more enjoyable and the late night entertainment services were so exciting overall an amazing hotel definitely recommend for a family resort.

Horrible, Dirty, Cockroaches came out of salads in the restaurant. We all was ill cos of foods is awful. Worse holiday. Room is Dated. Can not lock the door on balcony. Flies everywhere in bathroom. Room only been cleaned once when we arrived and same bed covers in a week. HOTEL FROM HELL..

We actually stayed in the Caribbean side of this hotel , but came through here every day , and can I say , the work you have done and are still doing is fantastic, more ramps for wheelchairs lovely seating areas , painting the buildings, it looks lovely
