Our apartment ( and the hotel in general) was spotless and every single member of staff was friendly, professional and went out of their way to help us with whatever was needed. The apartment and balcony were spacious and well decorated, housekeeping was excellent, there was a kettle that couldn’t be heated on the hob but no tea or coffee was provided. The( small) kitchen is basic and the units are so high that you cannot see inside them and have to stand on a chair to reach anything. We booked half board but the restaurant was closed all week so food was delivered to our room each evening. The food was delicious and well prepared but we didn’t get any choice of meal and several times food was delivered which we didn’t like ( and no food was available on the day we arrived as it was a bank holiday). Breakfast was the same every day - herb omelette, orange juice and 3 danish pastries. The menu said apple, grapefruit and carrot juice were also available but apparently not in low season and although a tagine of eggs was available as an alternative this contained meat and was not suitable for vegetarians. The hotel website mentions a vending machine for drinks and a coffee shop but we didn’t not see either of these. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach but a good 20 minute walk to the big wheel and the tourist area and there are very few restaurant around the hotel The pool area was immaculate but there are only 6 double sun beds which were often fully occupied- not sure where people will sit in peak season. The pool was freezing and the children’s paddling pool is in the shade all day. WiFi in the hotel was great but the only English channel on the TV was the news channel. Key cards to enter the room often didn’t work but Reception were always very helpful to fix this issue and when one of our toilets wasn’t working this was repaired immediately. Overall a great little hotel with fantastic staff but very limited catering facilities .
I had amazing holiday with my family the hotel has good view of the sea , the gym is very well developed and there are all the facilities. I travel many cities in Morocco I never see the gym like this equipment, crossfit ,Boxing ,mma and Muay Thai.thank you so much the responsable. I will be back soon 👌👊👍❤️
This is our 4th visit to the Bo hotel every time we stay here we feel more comfortable than ever before. The staff and management cannot do enough for us to ensure we really enjoy our stay. A big thank you to Fahad the owner Loobla assistant to owner. Adil on the reception, and all other reception staff. Apartment cleaning staff and especially Fatna all excellent. Stephen Mary Peggy Anthony. Ireland
the room was large as well as the bathroom however the quality of the room was very average, and although we booked a room for 3 people, they gave us only 2 single beds and a couch. The weather whilst we were there meant that the pool was pretty much unusable as it was too cold. breakfast in the morning was not very well done as usually the omelette was undercooked. The hotel also was generally quite loud.
A hidden gem in Agadir. Very affordable and very very clean especially swimming pool area. Staff incredibly friendly helped with any issues that occur and very knowledgeable with local area recommend restaurants and get taxi for you. Lubna the manager is incredibly nice and welcoming. Fresh breakfast every morning. 5/5 will visit again loved the place - mohammod amin
The 3rd time visiting and not regrettable Very clean and well located, this appartement hôtel is appropriate for a weekend or one week holiday. The room are nice and the pool is enjoyable. Perfect for parents with childrens
I stayed there with my 5 other mates, we booked 3 apartments with 2 single beds in each room. The apartments were spacious & clean, great balcony over looking seafront from distant. Beds were good, 2 sofas in living room, very good and can be used as beds. 2 bathrooms & toilet with showers, (great shower power). Kitchen very small, Electric cooker with 2 stoves was very inadequate foe a self catering apartment this really has to improve. No electric kettle or bin bags was a real let down. TV hardly used as there was hardly any English channels, Wi-Fi in the room but connection was not continuous. The safe in the room was not functioning properly in either of our rooms. staff are friendly (Muhammad & Lubna), House keeping staff are also very good.
We are feeling very cheated by the hotel Bo in Agadir giving such an inaccurate description on the web site. We would not have booked this if they had been honest. There was a green tab when we booked stating breakfast was included, but there was an extra charge for this. The hotel was not in the centre and we spent a lot in taxis getting to restaurants etc. Although it was clear that the billiards incurred an extra charge all the facilities under the wellness heading that we thought would be included for free had an extra charge of about £24 for both of us and some facilities were sex segregated and consequently only available on alternate days, meaning we couldn't plan to go together. The swimming pool was closed and there was building noise from this area. This was not a beachfront hotel. The kitchenette was not modern. We had to stand on a chair to reach items as the cupboard was far too high. This resulted in the kitchen becoming cluttered. The Tea/coffee maker consisted of an old fashioned kettle to be stood on a very slow hob. One of the hobs tripped a fuse plunging the whole room into darkness. Though we brought this to the attention of the staff it was not sorted. It was impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom due to poor design this made the floor dangerously slippy and meant we were short of dry towels. One time we came back to the room and all the towels were missing. It would be cruel to describe the hotel as wheelchair accessible. We were unable to wheel our suitcases up the narrow slope as it was blocked by parked cars. We complained about the noise made from the room next door. There was music and shouting until 3am but even after complaining the staff did not manage to communicate to them that it was unacceptable and the noise continued. We could not find any English programs on the TV. They were not honest with the description and we do not like being mislead and cheated. We would not have booked this hotel if they had been honest which is unfair on honest hotels.
Very nice location. Quite and at 5min walk to the beach. Staff was kind and helpful. Room is large and everything was ok for me and my family. I would recommend. I did not go to the restaurant. But I assume that you can go out as it is better. And many places are good especially for breakfast like : Tafarnout cafe. Coupole cafe and la fountaine all are at 5mins by car or taxi. Have good stay.
We booked for a late holiday in mid October so we knew we were somewhat out of season. The hotel was okay, BUT... - the kitchen facilities in what we booked as a self catering apartment were very limited indeed. We had literally 3 of everything (plates, cups, knives, forks, pans)... about 12 inches of work surface and 2 electric rings, one of which wouldn't even have melted chocolate. But we did have a huge fridge. - the hotel restaurant was closed - even though it was advertised as a facility on the website. The staff didn't even attempt to explain or apologise when we turned up for dinner one evening - all we got was "it's closed". - the gym and spa were not included and available to guests. If you wanted to use it you had to buy a day membership. This could have been made much less vague in the hotel facilities documentation as we assumed it to be included so were disappointed. - the rooms were kept clean every day but the cleaners had this habit of cleaning the room and removing all the towels and then bringing clean towels later on when they realised you were back in your room. Very annoying when you wanted to get a shower and had to wait for towels or go hunting for the cleaner! We also suspected someone at the hotel had tipped off a local conman that new guests had arrived because as soon as we left the hotel to explore this very friendly guy appeared, said he recognised us from the hotel as he was the chef (this was before we found out the restaurant was closed). We foolishly agreed to a lift to show us the best place to shop for food as he was going anyway... and ended up being shown round a market and taken to a herbalist where we were sold lots of stuff we didn't want as insane prices and then charged for his "tour guide" services. Very dodgy.
