Staff were ok, got me in a room quickly due last minute travel plans. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had in a hotel - little choice and awful instant coffee. Prices for room service was disgraceful. Old hotel, needs updating. Lift was dirty & dusty and seemed to need repairing, ended up taking the stairs most of the time as I was worried it would break down. Not worth the exorbitant price I paid.

Complimentary water, provision to purchase snacks and drinks from a minibar and also a greater range of food to choose from the room service menu would have been nice - particularly if you are staying on an extended stay

Hotel room was clean but water pressure in bathroom very poor and elevator noise a joke. Even shut down at night as so noisy. Staff very friendly and accommodating but can only do so much when place is old.

Sorry guys but this accommodation is crazy overpriced for the "quality" of the accommodation. Accommodation was basic to say the least. No mini bar, no drink vending machine, no lift at night (because of the noise?), no sattelite TV, TV could not even pick up ABC, no cooked breakfast, no table cloths and stained and marked tables. I would hesitate to pay even $150 for this accommodation so $240 is just silly.

Doesn’t look like much, it’s cheap and the location is great but the rooms are so comfortable and the staff where friendly! The lift was a little bumpy but the kids enjoyed that! The pool was open until midnight on a lovely warm adelaide night!!

overall the service of the staff memebers were really good! The dinning room was neat clean roomy. The breakfast was plentiful. the room how ever needed some love. (& i can speak for my parents room too!) It was great it had a bath & shower mat though! the toilet roll was too far away for my kids to use! the water in the basin coming from the tap squirted out the side so it wet everything else.

Slightly dated hotel, but in a good location and the rooms were clean. Well suited for short stays. Staff were friendly and responded to a request made in a timely manner, although the problem was unable to be resolved.

We were having a nice meal in the City so thought we would also stay overnight. The cleaners had done their best to make it look presentable but the rooms were quite old looking and the lift taking you up to your floor sounded like it was on its last legs! The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the shower was hot however, so not all was bad. Although the room itself was very clean and tidy, the curtains definitely needed attention - quite dirty.

When i arrived lobby looked fine, however room was very outdated, looked very different to that on website. and no restaurant was on premises. Very disappointed. Location and customer service was good.

OLD Décor, expensive for the way the rooms were presented The operator tried to book us a double room that was not necessary. We were over charged and had to organise a refund. Lifts were very clunky and slow.
