Stamford Plaza Adelaide

Recent guest reviews

Our first trip to Adelaide and we were looking for a hotel in the heart of the city. The Stamford Plaza met the bill. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, activities. Rooms clean and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly, enjoyable stay. Wifi not reliable. TGS restaurant breakfast buffet not up to standards, cold food, limited selection.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Adelaide CBD. A tram station, the Rundle Mall, and tourist attractions are just a short walk from the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were a bit limited for a 5-star hotel. There was a small swimming pool on the top floor. The water was rather cold though.

Pool was too cold for the weather and the jacuzzi is a bit small, rooms are nice though and the location is good.

Great location that closes to the shopping mall and entertainments. All the staffs are really nice and friendly. Everything is good except the hotel is a bit aged, but it is worth to stay and I will 100% coming back again.

Our location was perfect, and Adelaide's a very walkable city. We were close to everything, and only took public transportation once. The hotel's right across from the Parliament building, so it was quiet at night and we had a gorgeous view (6th floor room) Took a tram a block away that went right to St. Kilda's Craft Show on Sunday. Great find, and a good value for a clean, comfortable room.

VALET PARKING,$26/DAY, $49 FRI&SAT BUFFET, OTHERWISE, COMFORTABLE ROOM, QUIET, ZOO, RUNDLE MALL, ART GALLERY, CASINO, MORE, WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. VERY HELPFUL PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY [...]. BUS SYSTEM RECENTLY CHANGED AND THE WEBSITE GAVE US WRONG INFO. WIDE STREETS AND WELL PLANNED CITY MADE OUR TRIP TO THE BEACHES EASY. FRIENDLY PEOPLE IN ADELAIDE.

The hotel and staff were the best! The price was very good too!

Very helpful staff; tidy room with no problems. Great all in all!

Bathroom was really small like a budget hotel, but other than that everything was ok.

Airconditioning bad, changed room 3 times all the same,,,,was asked about minibar charges at checkout, no charges,, then charged by mail after i left the country on my credit card for $7,,,internet is $29 ,,,,car parking is $25.... should have stayed at the Hilton

Great Location close to Rundle Mall. Opposite Casino and on Glenelg Tram. Property starting to look it's age but still very nice, good service, rooftop spa (could have been warmer) and pool. Free choice of daily newspaper and nice and quiet with great views. Would stay again next time in Adelaide
