The hotel was fine, nice enough. However I didn’t have a working safe. I notified staff on each of the days of my stay however the engineer did not once look at it like they said they would therefore I had to carry around my valuables The lack of service was frustrating

I paid extra for an ocean-view room, but I was really disappointed. The room was located right in front of the elevator, which made it noisy and uncomfortable. The reception staff were not very friendly either. Although the room was advertised as ocean-view, the building’s design blocks

Have been coming to this hotel for decades and it has slowly deteriorated, needs some attention to detail and decent clean. Windows were grubby and bathroom and shower were mouldy.
