For the price this location is perfect for accommodation! From check in to check out everything was lovely. The apartment was modern, clean & spacious & the restaurant served delicious food. Thank you!

We had 2 days at the Oaks recently. The location is great, close to railway station, casino, bars restaurants etc etc. I think the only thing really lacking with this oaks property is a bit of love and attention to detail. Maintenance of some broken bits like the missing cupboard door in the kitchen, the broken draw and toilet seat in the ensure, the missing globe for a side lamp, some staples coming up through a carpet join...are all things that don’t take much to fix by maintenance. Otherwise, check in was fuss-free, undercover parking was attached to hotel, for $20per day. Sadly, for this day and age, there was no free Wi-Fi. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics, plus a full size fridge. There was a nice size balcony with a small 4person table n chairs, as we were in a two bed apartment. The view out over the convention center and Adelaide oval was nice, although we did hear more than our fair share of ambulances day n night with the new hospital just down the road. Overall, other than a spring clean and a bit of maintenance, this property fits most needs for CBD accommodation.

Had a lovely stay at the Oaks Horizon. The staff are very friendly, the room well appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathtub was also a spa (which was a pleasant surprise), but there was no face cloth to wipe off my makeup.

Fantastic apartments clean comfortable and really great size and in a brilliant location, price was a bargain for the 2 nights we stayed. Staff were very helpful and always friendly, would definitely stay again and would be happy to recommend to friends

Two bedroom apartment close to cafes and restaurants and casino. Short walk to Rundle mall . Apartment was comfortable for a family of 4 (adult children) reasonalbe size rooms and an awesome spa bath which was put to good use.

The swipe cards were temperamental and the balcony table outside had seen better days. I spoke to reception about the toilet seat that was very loose and needed fixing which wasn't done. Bond money takes unnecessarily too long to come back into my account, when it was indicated at check in, that it would be released upon departure. I had to ring 3 days later to enquire. Really cheap on the coffee and tea consumables in the room.

My partner And i booked a double delux room as part of our honeymoon , on arrival we did all the usual check in than we had to wait as they had to allocate a room for us, not very good considering we had booked 2 days prior so finally after 30 min we finally get our room. The room was neat and we were comfortable, how ever our so called delux room that supposedly had a large double bed was nothing but 2 single beds pushed together and was nothing but uncomfortable , we have stayed in $80 a night motels that had actual double beds and way more comfortable than $180 a night 2 single beds pushed together like serious lift your game. Also my wife thought she have a nice spa... guess what didn’t work. Free wifi pffffft until you log in and they give hr free and after that you have to pay lol than to top of our stay we get charged $56 for parking so I call oaks horizon about rebate and there reply if you have already paid it we can’t give rebate not bad considering on arrival nothing wasn’t mention re a rebate for parking so $450 for 2 nights and parking in a so called 2 single bed , buggered spa , no free wifi delux room was in our eyes a disgrace . We both recommend to look else where and believe me what we paid would get you a really nice room other than oaks horizon .to the management I suggest you upgrade your rooms and look up the word ‘DELUX’ Won’t be staying here again that’s for sure. TERRIBLE

Great apartment staff were excellent . It is very well located for all city amenities. The apartment was serviced daily. Most rooms have balconies with great views of the town. Would recommend this hotel for all types of travellers

A few small issues such as no electric jug in room, only 1 chair on balcony for 2 people and the swipe cards were often a problem. But the room was very spacious and comfortable and the bedroom was quiet and dark and comfortable.

Check in was easy. The room was neat and clean. There is a car park attached to the hotel. Happy to stay at the Horizons again. We had a two room apartment which was spacey and well laid out. We didn't make it to the pool, but it was nice to know to was there.
