The staff were very friendly, the food in the restaurant was great and the beds....oh so comfortable. The rooms were also were modern, clean and had everything you needed. Great stay and close to everything in Adelaide.
Spent a few days in Adelaide and this hotel is a great location, very central to the city centre. The service was very good, the staff are very helpful and friendly and certainly great value for money.
I can't thank the reception staff enough for their support and consideration to myself with regard to assisting me to my room via the fire exits - you made my holiday great in Adelaide. Thanks a million. Joan
Recently spent a week at this hotel on business in Adelaide and was very happy with the value and service but particularly with the location. Within a short walking distance to a fantastic range of restaurants, bars and shopping would be ideal for business or pleasure. Due to the numerous eating options nearby I only enjoyed breakfast in the Hotel which was hot and cold buffet style with eggs made to order. Rooms are of a high standard with a modern, well kept feel. I found the bed a little hard for my liking but really no complaints to speak off. Will stay again when next in Adelaide.
We stayed for just one night as part of a tour group before taking the Ghan to Alice Springs and would have loved to have stayed longer. We enjoyed all aspects of the hotel - its central location, the friendly and efficient staff, our very comfortable room and an excellent buffet breakfast.
Stayed three nights as part of a tour group of 33, and everyone loved this hotel. Although my room (107) has no view of note, the room itself was luxury with a superb en suite facility. The bed was very comfortable and even has an electric blanket. Very quiet location too. General location is close to major shopping mall and tourist attractions. Free WiFi was good. First class!
Our choice in Adelaide is Majestic Roof Garden Hotel for the central location to everything we like to do. The suites give you plenty of room & are up to a high standard for comfort. Getting around central Adelaide from the hotel is just a walk - Fringe Festival (Feb/March), Arts Festival (Feb/March), good food (try Press), the Casino (if that is your thing), the art gallery, botanic gardens & zoo. The staff are always friendly & the restaurant offers a good breakfast.
The price you pay in no way reflects the quality of the hotel. It's cheap for what you get. The room was very clean and comfortable, but the en-suite was one of the best I've seen. It's also very close to many restaurants and bars, as well as shopping centres. There is a free tram service from a couple of blocks away too.
Located in central Adelaide's "trendy-ish" location, with interesting shops, restaurants, bars, and the magnificent Botanical Gardens, the 13-year old Majestic Roof Garden Hotel is a great place to stay, for tourists or for business! The top floor garden (7th floor) even has a jacuzzi, and tables for roof-top meals. Rooms and baths are large and well-designed, and very well noise insulated. Majestic Roof Garden Hotel serves tasty full and continental breakfasts, dinner (and presumably lunch). The staff is very attentive.
Every need was meet. Rooms iwere mmaculate, large and quiet. The roof garden was nice but there was no ba or beverages available. Parking was easy. Great laundry facilities. Convenient walk to cafes and stores.
